    The advised us by email of each delivery step, including instructions for clearing way to location of installation. Then the emailed a day be before to advise us they would deliver next day and the time period. The on the delivery day they emailed to tell us within a 30 minute span of delivery. Wow What service.

    I’ve had this refrigerator for a little over two years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The first year I had Samsung out twice trying to get the refrigerator repaired. They said that nothing was wrong with it. The refrigerator gets extremely hot on the front edge. The fan quit working and now the freezers not working. Will never purchase another Samsung product.

    After using this refrigerator for about a month, I can say that I am really happy with my purchase! It is doing what it supposed to be doing, I have not had any leaks or problems with it, the ice is good and enough. I definitely recommend this refrigerator!

    Almost 2 months & they still keep my money on hold & rafter been waiting for more than 22 days to come & pick up the bad fridge they delivered to my house. Still waiting for the whole refund after they left without a fridge for almost 1 month

    I've had trouble with the ice-maker ever since receiving. Very slow making ice and now 2 1/2 months later the ice chute is blocked! Have to contact Samsung.

    Again your people you send out need to go through training again. How they come to my house, connect my frig, then leave without making sure the water and ice machine is working. They all need to be fired and best believe they ALL better be glad I wasn't home when then did that sorry instalation hook up. But like I said about them not properly connecting the washer and dryer, yes, they didn't check to see if that was working either before they left... This will be the last time I order any appliances from Best Buy ever again, since they can't deliver at a time when I need them to, so I can make sure I'm home. Sorry if I'm in the medical field helping family members and can't be there when YOU WANT ME THERE. PATIENTS AND IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN CUSTOMERS COME 1ST. SO REPRORITIZE HOW YOU DELIVER TO 1ST RESPONDERS!

    The recommended temperature for the fridge is 37 degrees. Fridge side freezes produce and liquids even at a temperature of 44 degrees. You can not set the temperature above 44. The only area that does not freeze is the door where condiments are stored.

    Wont stop Dispensing water after 1 day.

    Aint looking good for Samsung so far...day 1, fridge would not stop dispensing water, had to shut off water, pulling plug did nothing. Possibly related, it didn't make much Ice either, maybe one batch of ice in 13 hours.

    Enjoying it for 2 months, and the ice maker stop working. For the past month I had 2 technicians come out to my home to fix it now waiting 15 for the next tech to try his luck. If you have no problem not having ice then it’s a good buy

    Bought this refrigerator based on the brand name Samsung. The techs came by atleast 3 times so far and have not been able to fix the issue. We have items going bad everything since it's not cooling properly and still waiting for a refund on the item. Bad experience with the refrigerator during the entire summer when it's much needed.

    Bad electrical, Has Cold Spots

    Two major problems: 1) The appliances trips the GFI outlet, every time. This a known problem. The Samsung repair guy said it’s a problem with the house wiring. The electrical contractor says GFI circuit is required by code, and he refused to change the circuit. I had to replace the GFI outlet with a standard outlet myself, against building code. 2) The fridge has cold spots. Some items don’t get cold, other items freeze. I’ve never seen that, and I’ve owned at least 10 refrigerators over my life. Sorry to disappoint, but this is not a good appliance.

      A few factors can cause an ice maker not to work. If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. When the ice maker makes small, cloudy, or clumped ice, it could be something as simple as a dirty water filter, low water pressure, or high mineral deposits in your water. In the event of a frozen ice bucket, some troubleshooting may be needed, and service may be required.
