    Took almost 3 weeks to get my fridge. They rescheduled 3 times. They came to my house but couldn’t get the fridge upstairs. I had to buy ice/lunch/dinner and even adjust thanksgiving because of the delay.

    Ordered it had to wait for ever to get it. then on delivery day the delivery truck broke down so we had to reschedule another three weeks out that’s when we just canceled the order went to Lowe’s got a better fridge delivered in just a couple days. Would not recommend

    Less than a year and compressor went out

    I really liked this refrigerator until 11 months in the compressor and fan go out. They could not replace the part so they offered refund. Still going through processes to get refunded for food.

    I got a refrigerator that I did not want. When hooked up it does not work. I will never buy appliances from bestbuy again.

    Product is great, service was terrible and still waiting for a replacement door for bringing a scuffed door after having to replace original order due to dent in door on delivery

    Well I would love this refrigerator if it was true that it was installed and ready to go when they left!! But no come to find out they will not hook up my ice maker so what now????

    Had the refrigerator less than 30 days and it has stopped cooling. Both refrigerator and freezer not working.

    Great fridge

    Very roomie. Love the color. Quality machine. Salesman suggested this model and I am very pleased with this refrigerator..My last Samsung lasted 13 years and I am hopeful this model will also.

    Took a month and half to deliver the items, and didn’t install it although I payed for the installation. Had to hire an independent contractor to install the fridge

    Worse Experience Ever. All my appliances are scheduled to deliver today but now Best buy refuses to deliver my refrigerator! I need all my appliances today as promised!!

    Had to wait for the washing machine... was delivered twice damaged....third time was delivered correct.....no help on phone to talk to the correct agent....was kept on hold for hours....and then they hang up on you.....not a good experience

    Not even a week old and the technician has been called......says it needs a whole system Worked over 30 hours . Freezer not freezing Not happy at all.
