One of the worst investments ever. The simple first - this is far from fingerprint resistant. I have kids and this refrigerator would only be fingerprint resistant if no one used it.
The rest of the issues are lengthy, but I will share the condensed version :
The ice maker decides when we get ice. It frequently freezes over and I have to defrost the freezer (per Samsung pro tech support). Sometimes the motor will just keep going when it can't get any ice to come out.
The refrigerator section freezes anything from the back to the middle. I have it set at 38 per Samsung's recommendations as well as the multiple technicians that have come to service it. IT STILL FREEZES REFRIGERATOR ITEMS.
The last tech was here over an hour practically rebuilding the thing. If it had a removeable panel, he swapped it out.
Save your money and your sanity and buy anything else.

Good fridge and freezer so far. Only issue so far is the ice maker gets clogged has happened twice in first 2 weeks. Had to remove ice maker and bust up chunks to repair.

This is a nice fridge. It has a lot of cubic space and has mostly worked well. There have been issues with the ice maker. It freezes up. Not much point to having an ice maker if you can't get ice. I am having issues again and the fridge is out of warranty so I am looking at having to pay a great deal to have it repaired.

I should have returned this after the first issue we had upon opening the box. Our old fridge had stopped working so we needed a replacement right away. I bought this one online to pick up in store the same day. Delivery was a week away and we could not wait. We got it home and set it up, seemed fine. I read to allow time for it to come to temperature and that it wouldn’t make ice for 24-48 hours. Ok, so 72 hours later, we have a total of maybe 6 ice cubes. I purchased the waranty so i contacted Samsung. They said because we didnt have the store professional deliver it and set it up, it voided the warranty I purchased or tje year warranty that comes standard. I was never warned or told that when the warranty was offered and I PAID for it. So, we have someone come look at it at our expense. Nothings wrong. They recommended adjusting the freezer temperature. It said it should be set at 0 but that wasnt working, so they suggested -2. Perfect, next day we have ice. I set the fridge to the recommended temperature of 35. Stuff starting freezing, like hard freezing not just extra cold. So i adjust the temperature to 37, still frozen. Then 38, stuff stops freezing but then it feels warm. I allow a day and it seems to be working. Fast forward maybe 1 and 1/2 months later. Things start freezing again. Now also the ice maker is not working and the freezer has ice build up. We already had it checked and everything was set up correctly, so why is that an issue now?! The ice maker wont dispense ice, fix that . But honestly, what next?! Samsungs service is terrible and they just try to find ways out of honoring their warranty. I would box that fridge up so fast and take it back if i could. Now we are stuck with an inconsistent piece of junk that hasn’t functioned properly from day one and wasted warranty purchase. Save your money and your trouble!

After four days of owning this refrigerator water started leaking from the water filter box. The repair tech said this is a known issue with this model along with the ice maker having issues too. I’ve since sent this unit back.

Good luck in black stainless steel. We loved it for several years, but then it started leaking at the bottom damaged our three-quarter edge walnut wood in our refrigerator floor underneath. Still waiting to hear something about the repairs. Samsung has ignored to take any responsibility. Best Buy has replaced refrigerator with one already, which is great thank you Best Buy but still we have damages of the floor that lay down below into the basement to our finished basement that blew out a light close to $3000 in repairs.
