However, it is a lot easier than I expected to get what I need out when I need it. The shelves hold a lot and the depth is just right, so I don't push items to the back and forget about them

I've had to have the ice maker repaired once, around $400, because the ice cube tray cracked and water dripped into the ice bucket and chute and froze, causing problems trying to get ice cubes. It's happened a second time, and I can see this is going to be an ongoing issue. The ice maker, for us, is a huge part of the functionality. Looking for a new fridge

The only two things I dislike is the fact that it gets fingerprints all over it and you have to wipe it off daily, and the ice maker crushes your ice even when you don't want it to... Also no light when dispensing water.

I’ve only had this fridge for 4 months and it had a gas leak. I called Samsung took them a week to come and take a look then they sent another technician to come “repair” it just to say it’s no repairable. Now I have to call and see if they can send me a replacement fridge. It’s now been 2 weeks without having a working fridge

I like it better than the drawer at the bottom. The shelves on the door are very roomy. I wish they had more designated drawers in the refrigerator section.
