The ice-maker is producing a minimum amount of ice over 24 hours. At one point it did not produce any ice cubes in a 10 hour period. The problem has been reported and we are awaiting the resolution from Samsung. Best Buy has been exceptional in their support. If the ice-maker issue is resoved, I will update my rating,

When your ice maker doesn't make ice, it could be something simple like a setting on your panel, or something more involved like a lack of water pressure in your water line. You should also routinely dispense or dispose of ice so it doesn't clump up. As a final step, resetting your ice maker may cause it to start working again. The finish is nice although still trying to get that plastic rap off of some places. Overall very happy
