One side is colder than the other. The water despesner gets wet when dispensing water. Seems legit.

I just bought this fridge and I like the look and color. It’s not black neither light silver. It’s been working great so far and keep everything cool. I think it’s a very good price for this brand.

Nice fridge yhats very deep. Ensure your measurements are fit for the depth of this fridge. Nice design, I like the recessed handles versus yraditional handles.

Great value for a great fridge. The ice machine and water dispenser work perfectly, and there is plenty of storage room with shelves that are sturdy and hold items quite well.

This is a great fridge. It has lots of space which makes it easy to organize and see what you have. We would have liked it more if it had a third drawer in the fridge.

Very big fridge and simple. Nothing crazy needed like a camera totally unnecessary only weird thing is the handle to open the fridge doors they're on the inside so it's a odd opening

Had nothing but issues! Wrong address taken then couldn't change the address. Finally got that fixed. Then it got delivered and delivery guys say they cannot install the purchased water line because they weren't plumbers. Had to go back to the store to return the water line. Then the ice maker doesn't work. Finally got someone out and they had to order parts. Day they are supposed to arrive to do the repair, ZERO communication happened. I had to reach out to see when and if someone was coming. Had to do online chat. Was told someone was coming. Afternoon comes around and no one has had any communication. I had to reach out to chat again! Turns out NO ONE was coming. Again, ZERO COMMUNICATION! I wouldn't have known had I not reached out! Worst experience ever! So many people recommended going to the outlet but I don't know if I ever could again because of poor communication from the geek squad! If you receive a great product that provides no issue then maybe the outlet is an option but not if you run into needing some form of a repair! Customer communication must be improved!

Great refrigerator so far. Purchased to replace a 11 year old similar model. They have improved this equipment over the 11 years. I would recommend to others.
Disappointed. Very poor repair service in warranty

Purchased in July. In November, Fridge and Freezer both warmed up to room temp over a couple of days. Called Samsung and notified all test results, reboot, defrost, etc. and seems like sealed system leak. First repair visit came after seven days. They diagnosed a sealed system leak, but they does not fix leaks - needs a "specialist." Now Samsung is making us wait another 20 days (!) for a repair company to come out for another attempt. Five months it worked, and now we are without a fridge for a at least 27 days. Unacceptable.
