The ice maker is a little loud at times but otherwise it runs pretty quiet. Easy to set up. I would buy it again.

I have used this fridge for the past year and have had zero issues. Has great functionality and features that seem to last over time. Best Buy made it easy with the pickup process in store and provided the necessary assistance in store.

The quality of the frig is good. It looks nice and is solid. That's sort of what you would expect from a frig, but it's downhill from there.
It takes forever to make ice. I was buying bags of ice, but ended up buying ice trays to refill the icemaker. Seriously? It seems to make half the ice of my last frig, which was just a run of the mill frigidaire.
The water dispenser on the front - you either have to use your hand to push the back to make it dispense while holding the glass under the dispenser, or have a huge glass. For normal size drinking glasses, if you use the glass to push against the back panel like everyone would expect to do to start the water flow, the water completely misses the front of the glass and spills on the floor.
None of the shelves are adjustable. Not for the door shelves, nor the main shelves. You're stuck with whatever height they are and if that doesn't work for you, too bad I guess.
It's also really deep. That's not the fault of the frig - the specs were clear when I bought it. I wanted the extra space, but since it's more of a pain to reach to the back, that extra space is not as usable as I had envisioned. It sticks out in the kitchen more and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have gone with this deep of a frig. Again, not Samsung's fault but something to consider if you feel like you want a larger frig.
