After the installer left, I checked the refrigerator and found a dent on the lower-left door. The only way to contact customer support is by phone, so I will call tomorrow.

You have no idea where to put glass or bottle to get water or 8ce. The stuff goes everywhere if your not on the imaginary mark perfect..Also the plastic wrap the whole refrigerator came in is almost impossible to get all it off. It's still on at every edge.
