I really regret buying this unit. It never stops running and is loud and annoying. It only hooks enough ice for about 3 glasses. The ice despenser has a gap which causes ice to end up on the floor useless you use s hige rimmed cup. Same for the water dispenser.

Freezer door pops open

The fridge is overall pretty nice but whenever you close the fridge or the freezer the freezer pops open and you can’t really tell usually until it’s starts beeping. It looks very minimal but it lets a lot of hot air in and everything melts.

As you can see in my photo, this fridge is not fingerprint resistant, as Samsung claims. Just the opposite. From day one, smudges and fingerprints show up constantly. Very disappointed. So far, the fridge is functioning ok but cosmetically, very let down.

We bought 3 appliances from Best Buy. All Samsung, stove, otc microwave and friderator side by side doors. Jared Briggs and his Geek squad team did a great job removing old appliances and ibstalling tge new ones.

Best Buy’s has never called me about delivery. There is a scratch and crack on the outside ice maker.
The delivery people took a picture and wrote a report. Told me I’d be notified in a few days. It’s over a week now.

I purchased this refrigerator in November 2020. Fast forward to March 2021 and the compressor went out. Due to poor customer service on both Best Buy and Samsung I am now waiting 3 weeks for repairs just so I can now have a $1400 refurbished refrigerator. This is a shame as I always purchase my appliances and other electronics here and Samsung brand. Never expected this. Buyer beware!!

Dented fridge

Was originally picking this product up and then switched it to delivery then got an email saying it was out of stock. Can’t call the store only a call center so drove to the store and luckily it was still there. After getting it home an unwrapping it there was a dent right on the door that did not happen from hauling it. Tried to call the call center and was on hold for forever, called again and got hung up on. Sent an email and never got a reply.

I'm so very disappointed of samsung. So i bought a fridge from best buy and when arrived to my house it has scratches and scuffs all over inside . So i call best buy CS and they said theres nothing they can do .
