This fridge is so flush. I love the fact that it has no handles, it takes a bit to get used to, but honestly, the flush clean look it gives our kitchen makes this one of our most favorite fridges we've ever owned. It has so much light inside on both sides, the refrigerator side and the freezer side. Bright white LED lights all over, lots of shelf space and lots of freezer space. One down side is the ice maker is a bit small, so consider that if you and your family use lots of ice. This one works well for me and my wife since we don't use as much ice.

Had rhis a couple months. Its quiet, and functions great. Storage requires organization. One large vegetable bin and a small meat drawer. These are deep but i dont care for stacking foods in the meat drawer. I added bins to hold things like bags of cheese, cheese sticks, and another for butter, blocks of cheese...things that need to be contained. The bins I added take up room but hold items like drawers and creates easy/quick access. Water/ice maker work well, no lights, there is an alignment issue when you put a glass under and dispense water, not a flat surface, glass tilts in to push the bar for dispensing water which exits at the very edge of standard size glass.

So spacious. I love it. Ice dispenser was not working, but called customer support and was fix within days. Absolutely love it.

I love this frig, its very nice. I want speak to some of the negatives in the reviews. The refrigerator shelves are not adjustable but I think they're set up perfect. The first 2 shelves will fit milk, the door will fit milk and 2 liter sodas. Lots of apace. It doesnt have a deli drawer, i bought 2 from amazon,theyre stackable and fit on 3rd shelf perfect. If you go that route get the ones that have little rubber feet, it keeps them from sliding. Its quite, i never hear it. The ice compartment is a little small but fine for me. There is a lot foom in the freezer with the ice in the door. Im hppy with my purchase.

This is a really large refrigerator, it looks nice in our space. I like the ice maker in the door and not taking up freezer space like my old one did. I love how I can lock the water and ice dispenser when I leave home or if I just don’t want anyone working it without me being present. It looks beautiful in my space and holds s lot of food. I haven’t removed the protective plastic from the front yet so I don’t know how well the fingerprint resistant feature works. The manual states not to place anything on the top or put magnets on the front so I stored my cereal boxes in the pantry.

I love the Samsung appliances , the only thing is that I did not pay attention to the size of the ice maker . It’s kinda small . Overall it’s great .

Have this fridge over a year and a half at this point. Has been running great so far with no issues at all. Love the overall size and internal storage. It does keep things very cold and the very back of the bottom shelf seems to freeze any liquids. Had to bump up the temp by a degree from the defaults. The option to get crushed ice is a nice convenience. Only minor gripe I have that I wish I noticed before buying is that the shelves cannot be adjusted at different levels. A few times we had to put a 2-tier cake or something similar, we've had to remove a shelf completely.

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Very quiet & temperature control is spot on. Also is very spacious.

But the fridge is HUGE! I love how much capacity this fridge has, both in the freezer and fridge sections. This was only 3-4 more square feet compared to my older fridge (the ice machine broke which is why I had to upgrade) but the space that creates inside this is great. We have yet to fill it up with three people living in the household. My only complaint is that the ice machine doesn't seem to replace the ice very quickly after usage. So towards the end of the day the ice can be low. That could be better.

First, I love the refrigerator. It’s design, capacity, and aesthetics make for a great appliance in any style kitchen. The bad news, the water dispenser mechanism on the freezer door does not work. Samsung sent contractors to the house and they can’t decide if it’s the whole freezer door or just the dispenser itself. I purchased roughly five weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. In addition, one of the plastic door shelf organizers was missing at delivery. I have total tech and after two calls it’s still not corrected. If everything was perfect at time of delivery and install this would be a 5 star review.

We love this fridge. It’s the first Samsung that we’ve owned and seems to be perfect. The color is so perfect and eye-catching. The price was nice for the big size too

I was looking for some specific features and I found it in this fridge. It's very spacious and elegant, the ice maker system in the door leaves big room in the freezer, although the ice maker is slow and the storage don't hold too much ice.. But I don't mind because of the open space in the freezer. I wish it was wifi capable but that feature comes in the counter depth model. Make sure you have the depth in your kitchen.

Very good overall. Large and spacious. Looks great. Only complaints are the small ice maker and definitely not fingerprint proof. Ice maker is fine as long as you aren’t having people over. I would recommend buying some extra ice. But this is a very minor issue. Would recommend this refrigerator.

Lots of room, very quiet. This is not a counter depth refrigerator. The handles are part of the door edge so they don’t stick out which is nice. The shelves are large inside and on the door, much larger than a new GE we also have. The only bad news is the ice maker. It only holds a small amount and the ice jams. Even crushed ice jams. When you remove the ice bin to clear it you end up with a mess and ice everywhere on the floor. We don’t use a lot of ice so still 4 stars for us.

This side-by-side refrigerator is a great way to enhance anyone's kitchen. The stainless steel is nicely finished; while the Samsung logo is a clean mirror finish. The 27 cubic ft capacity fits all your groceries and then some. There is plenty of shelves and storage for all your condiments. The con which is minor to me is the outside water comes out too slow in my opinion and dispenser does not have a night light. Again these are minor, but are noteworthy as a convenience feature for those who are into those kinds of features. One more thing; either the manufacturer or bestbuy puts a sticker on the unprotected stainless steel door??? So when I went to remove the sticker it left a sticky residue mess on the finish. I had to carefully use goo gone and soap to remove the residue and not scratch the finish. Someone did use common sense here.

Bought to replace an older Samsung with finicky ice maker and issue of fridge door getting very hot to touch. This fridge has nice exterior, once you get the clear plastic film removed (good luck around the seals...) Interior is spacious but miss the deli drawer at eye level. Led lights in fridge and freezer are nice, but for the life of me I can't understand why Samsung can't put a usable light, of any type, in the recessed area of the ice/water dispenser. Yes, the blue indicator light is there but of no help for visibility.... Touch buttons for ice/water seems to be a different spot each time you use it. We thought the single lever you push your glass against for ice/water would be a nice touch but now wish I had the separate levers that our old fridge had. Speaking of the old fridge, when the ice maker worked correctly it easily kept up with our usage. This new one I assume is working correctly but hasn't kept up from day one. I love Samsung products for their quality and innovation but for this fridge and what it cost, I will hope for the former suffer with the latter... As for the online best buy experience, went very well except still have not received anything on the 3 year geek plan I purchased....

This purchase replaced a faulty Open-Box of a much more expensive unit from a different brand. Thing is though, we like this one as much as the other unit that originally cost almost $2K more! We chose this model for our second home in Florida originally and then duplicated the choice up North and love the huge capacity and the overall way things are laid out. We thought we would not like the fact that the shelves are not adjustable, but they have worked out just fine. Plenty of places for those big jugs of milk and tall bottles of various things. And with lots of space, you don't end up jamming things together so much, so things don't get lost and the shelves don't end up so "yucky" either - it's easier to keep clean. According to our appliance repair guy, it's a much better arrangement to have the ice maker in the freezer compartment instead of in the refrigerator compartment. We can agree with that since our last fridge died a slow death due to the fact it was a French door model and had the ice maker in the refrigerator compartment. That's a mistake we won't make again. We have never had a side-by-side before and thought we would not like it. It turns out we were wrong and really like the design.

Love the fingerprint resistant surface. You have to remember to change the ice/water setting to your preferred selection since the ice and water come out of a single opening. Lots of storage space.

BB offered an excellent price on this refrigerator. We have had it about a month and it is working fine. Tremendous amount of space. The overall purchasing experience gets 5 stars. The salesman was professional and courteous. Delivered on schedule. The delivery guys were great with delivery, installation and haul away, I'm glad the salesman convinced me to pay extra for installation because it was a major job. I highly recommend.
