I love this refrigerator; it's the perfect size, and I also like the storage space. The color was just right, and it arrived very quickly and very well protected.

Got it on sale, so far its been great. It fit perfectly in the space needed. Only thing is, design wise, theres no catch for water overflow from the dispenser but it doesn't take away from the overall design. We are satisfied with our purchase.

I only had this for about 6 weeks and had to return because I just couldn't get used to a side-by-side. Last time I used a side-by-side was over 25 years ago so it was hard adjusting to not having the full width of either the fridge or freezer. I will say this fridge is very spacious and should be able to meet a large family's need. One annoying feature is that the bottom fridge drawer is awkward and it is a bit difficult to get things in and out. The lack of adequate storage space in the freezer door was a big let down for me as this where I store lots of everyday ingredients I use for cooking. The fridge on the other hand has ample storage space on the door which I absolutely love.

Had it for a little over 3 weeks and it works perfectly. I'm amazed at how much more room it has over my old refrigerator and it fits in the same spot. They really know how to maximize space in this refrigerator. I went grocery shopping and we still have plenty of room left. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.

It's very spacious. Ice maker is a little slow. The delivery guys were very cautious of scratching our doors and walls. They were very professional on how they delivered our refrigerator. Not a single scratch on the refrigerator.

1st of all, none of the features were explained to us when we bought this. Partially our fault and mostly the salesman, who was only an order taker and did not sell. The fridge works great and has more space than we know what to do with. Makes ice quickly and the fridge area is very cold. What we didn't realize is there isn't a light by the water/ice dispenser. Make a big difference when it's dark. Also, there isn't a butter dish. May seem like a little thing, but when you have had one forever, it makes a difference.

While I haven't had this refrigerator long, I love it thus far. I was a bit leery of Samsung for appliances but this refrigerator has served me well. I love the spacing in it, the features that enable easy setting of temperatures and also the warning bell if the refrigerator or freezer door has been left open for an extended period. Great icemaker and water dispenser and it was easy for the team to install. Having the inner handles means less chances for fingerprints everywhere and it's been easy to clean.

Excellent storage space in the refrigerator although the freezer it would be nice if it had baskets to hold all frozen items instead of shelves where everything slides around and the icemaker is very Small and when it dispenses cubes you will not get whole cubes it's a mix of cubes and shards of ice. But it does cool very well on the fast cool settings and it has the most room in a refrigerator that I've seen compared to my oldone

So far we love our new Samsung fridge. It looks great, is super quiet and has a ton of room inside. The door shelves on the fridge side are massive. We used to struggle with fitting condiments in the door, but now we have acres of room to spare. We do miss the cheese drawer, that is a small sacrifice to make. The freezer is spacious and since the ice maker unit is all built into the door, no shelf space is lost to the ice maker!

So far so good with this refrigerator which replaced an 18yo Whirlpool that never gave us any problems. Temps seem consistent in the refrigerator and lots of extra capacity for us. Only complaint on the fridge side is lack of a drawer, which has been solved fairly easily with an aftermarket option. Freezer.side occasionally has some frost on the shelves but never any buildup or anything, assume that’s normal. Only complaint might be ice production…seems like it’s barely keeping up with 3 adults in the household…but it’s keeping up so I won’t ding it any stars for that. Let’s hope for 18 years out of this one (haha not likely).

I was in a huge hurry picking out a refrigerator since mine decided to go out and I was without a refrigerator for a few days. I did like how this refrigerator looked very sleek, with a lot of room. I really wish I would have looked at the bottom drawer better that I used to store the meats and cheeses, that is where the water filter is located and it takes up quite a bit of room in the drawer cutting it down by at least a quarter. I didn't notice that right away in the pictures and I wish I had. After hooking up the water and getting the ice set, I noticed the spout would drip water here and there. There is also no tray to catch any fallen water or ice, so I see me having to wipe up that area quite often with my little one. Overall I do love the storage and the refrigerator drawer.

We love the refrigerator even though it is an open box everything works well. It is a beautiful color and very sleek. There is lots of space for everything. The only thing I would change would be for the ice machine to be a little bigger, sometimes we run out of ice when using it. Great refrigerator!

I this is the second time that I purchased appliances from Best Buy. They always deliver within days. My new stainless steel refrigerator is great. It is wide and the compartments are very spacious. It is easy to clean. The ice maker is very quiet. I have it at a low temperature and it keeps good fresh.

We have truly been enjoying our refrigerator. We have so much room until we don't store as much in our deep freezer. It is so quiet and easy to clean. The freezer holds a lot of items, and it is truly deep. We also love the black stainless steel and no handles. A great Buy!

Delivery was extra easy, guys knew what to do. Refrigerator has performed perfect. Wish ice storage was bigger, but maintains ice levels well. Overall very pleased.

I love the way it looks its really a beautiful refrigerator and it keeps everything really cold in the refrigerator especially my drinks and has big shelves and lots of space for gallons my old refrigerator could only hold gallons on the door shelves so thats a plus my only complaint about this refrigerator is that it produces very little ice daily it takes way too long to fill and its a small tray too 3 cups of ice and its empty

Pros Modern look, spacious and works great. Cons very poor lighting on one light on top which only illuminates food on top shelves and stainless steel scratches very easily..

So far so good. This one is a replacement and much quieter than the LG we had that only lasted 5 years. There is actually more storage room in this one even though the depth is smaller than the LG. Only thing that bugs me on this on compared to our last one is the water compartment; it is designed for a regular size cup. Just trying to put water in a water bottle or thermos is a chore.
