This is by far the best refrigerator I’ve purchased. The space how fast it makes ice

I was told this item was in good condition but when I got home, I have to pay all that money the ice and water part of it do not work. I don’t like I paid over $1000 for something that don’t work all the way.

After one month, the refrigerator works great. The ice maker keeps up without a problem. No noises and the finish is easy to clean.

After delivery, which was just a drop-off on the kitchen, I connected the water hose kit that I was handed by the delivery driver. The water dispenser dripped for awhile after using it, but the next day stopped dripping, hasn't dripped since. Then I read a card inside of the refrigerator that stated the delivery persons were supposed to install the water connection hose. Not very good customer service on their part. The refrigerator works very good, very spacious.

So far really happy . Lots of interior space on the shelves . Nice and quiet . Like the no handle look and fingerprint resistant finish. Do wish it had a third drawer . One small issue when first installed and running .. smelled hot but once fridge reached temperature it us all good Install was quick and professional

We bought this fridge to replace the one that came with the house. The Samsung has plenty of storage in both the cool and freezer sides, and has a very minimalist look, which I like. Sharp looking, but understated. My only complaint is the speed of the ice dispenser - it can take some time to fill up with either cubed or crushed ice. The ice maker itself is fine and makes plenty of ice.

It has a large capacity and excellent internal design.

Love this fridge! I didnt realize the entire fridge is not stainless steel, only the front is and the sides are black. It still looks very nice. Also I marked down 1 star for no meat drawer. Ive had to add storage boxes. Although it is super spacious to hold all the boxes. Also there is no drip tray on the water dispenser. There is always one drip after you get a cup of water that lands on the fridge. Hopefully the water marks dont stain.

This is a good looking refrigerator. It has clean lines (no handles). It does have the water as well as cubed and crushed ice. Same with the interior. All glass shelves. And clear plastic door racks. No bells and whistles on this model. Not even a butter holder. I like the over all look of it and have my own bins to organize. Larger freezer space because the ice maker is on the door. Very happy with the look and my purchase.

Great roomy refrigerator with very stylish looks, very happy with the purchase and operation of the fridge. Only drawbacks is that you cannot adjust shelving, which has not been a big issue and there is apparently no light on the water/ice dispenser....that we have found anyway, that might be in the directions which we haven't looked over yet. Best Buy/Geek Squad did a good job installing and setting up.

This is an excellent refrigerator. It is spacious, keeps the food cold and is very user friendly. The stainless steel is beautiful. Also, the surface is magnetic, so if you like to keep refrigerator magnets, it works well. FYI - there is only one drawer inside the freezer door, although it looks like there is a place for 2. The price was reasonable - not overly expensive like the bottom freezer styles.

Love the fridge but hate the ice maker. The fridge and freezer are roomy and keep the food at perfect temperatures. Plenty of space to hold all of my weekly shopping. The ice maker, on the other hand, does not make enough ice and when dispensing cubes still dispenses a lot of crushed pieces. It spewes ice pieces all over the place.

Needed a refrigerator delivered quickly. Best Buy was able to deliver this refrigerator in 4 days. This is a good value for a larger capacity side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice in the door. Although the shelves aren't adjustable, the extra space should work for most people. It looks very nice and is very quiet. Had it almost 2 weeks, pleased so far. Also purchased Best Buy's extended warranty.

Love my new Samson side-by-side refrigerator freezer. It has so much space on the shelves the freezer is phenomenal. It keeps the food really cooled. It has so much room.

This refrigerator has been fantastic for us. It’s very roomy, has a contemporary design, and works like charm. The only feature we’d like is lighting for the water/ice dispenser, as the black stainless steel finish makes the area quite dark. Delivery team was excellent and removed the doors from the refrigerator as well as our front door to move it into place.

We are extremely pleased with our new refrigerator. It looks sleek, runs very quietly and is amazingly roomy on the inside. I like that the water dispenser is flush against the door. The ice maker works well, including the crushed ice.Our son purchased the identical model before we did and invited us to take a look.That convinced us to make the purchase. Delivery and set up went super smooth.

My not so old whirlpool fridge just slowly failed and something had to be done immediately. Couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t spend half of a new one so went to Best Buy and bought a new Samsung double door fridge for a great price and it is great it’s silent and works perfectly. Samsung and Best Buy are very dependable it’s beautiful in our nice kitchen and will always go to Best Buy and buy Samsung

We love the fridge for the price. Super spacious and easy controls. Surprisingly quiet. Feels well built, ignoring the lemon of course. Only have a couple of tangible complaints and one lemon. 1. 1st one we had delivered was defective, it happens. Best buy was on point getting us a replacement even tho they were back ordered. Impressed with the customer service. 2. The water dispenser button is stupidly designed. You press in the middle, pushing the bottom does nothing so its hard to fill glasses without spilling. Basically you place the glass down and use your hand to push the lever even tho it looks like you should push the glass against the lever. 3. Finger prints all over the front. You will want to clean doors frequently. Not an issue as its really good looking when wiped down

If you are looking to upgrade from a basic fridge and don't need all the bells and whistles then this refrigerator is perfect! Very spacious. Can fit a lot of things. Only gripe is that taller bottles like 2 liters don't fit on top shelf. I don't believe the top shelf can be adjusted (at least I haven't figured it out yet). In my old fridge, I could move the shelves to different notches to customize it to my needs.
