Excellent delivery and installation by the Best Buy crew. After reading the instructions, I set the temperature I wanted for the separate freezer and refrigerator sections. Then I checked the actual temperature of each section using my thermometer. The actual temperatures turned out to be right on the settings I selected.

Good price and great quality. It’s very large and beautiful from inside and out.

Love this fridge, this was actually my first refrigerator purchase and I can say that when I look at it, I feel proud. As for size, I thought it was going to be quite bulky but it’s not. I’d rank the size (inside) as “medium” as in, there’s good enough space for a small family or couple to store daily groceries comfortably (likely a subjective statement). My only concerns: The ice maker is okay. It takes a moment to generate crushed ice and seems to struggle. Also, to get ice out from the holder, you must take the entire compartment out whereas I’ve seen that other fridges have access directly in the freezer. The ice compartment is oddly shaped so if you don’t place it on the counter correctly, the ice falls out lol (happened to plenty of guests at my place). Also, the dispenser has no light so you can’t see how much ice or water you’re pouring in your cup - if you’re in the dark or care :) Lastly, to replace the water filter you must purchase a new one and completely throw the old one away. It’s pretty heavy plastic. It just feels wasteful and I wish there was an easier and more resourceful way to replace it. Overall, I love the fridge. It’s been beautiful and reliable.

I have only owned this refrigerator for about a month. Everything seems to be working very well. I must say that it is a big refrigerator, make sure you have enough space in your kitchen for it.

This is a clean look, organized shelves inside, easy to set up, controls on inside for temps. The best part to me is no handles, there is a long notched recess in the middle for each door, less fingerprints! the inside drawers of the fridge side has a smaller one on the bottom which is better for the veggies, keeps them cooler. There is no control for humidity in the drawers, the top one stays more humid. The freezer only has 1 drawer, and all the shelves are left open, I like that better to see what I actually have in there. I bought this as an "open box", the discount was more than worth it. A great find. also the LG I had was not magnetized on the front doors, This samsung is, in case you want to put magnets for reminders etc on there.

We love this refrigerator. It has more room than one we had before this. The ice machine is on the door of the freezer so there is a lot of freezer space. This refrigerator also cooled down quickly after receiving it. If we had to find two negatives: handles are on the side of the door and not on the door. There is no light that turns on when you use the water dispenser.

Excellent choice for the $. Large capacity, quiet and nice configuration of the space for maximum use. Not really enough time elapsed to rate a 5 across the board, as I sold house soon thereafter.

Feel in love with the size, efficient. Easy to clean. A lot of storage.

Great looking and works beautifully is quiet and modern

Such a sleek and modern fridge. Lots of space in both freezer and fridge for groceries and drink storage. Ice machine makes ice relatively quickly. My only complaint would be I have to wait about three seconds before the ice machine starts to dispense ice but not the biggest deal. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The Fridge is extremely nice and much bigger than our previous side by side (3-4 cubit feet is actually a whole lot more space). Having no handles is super cool and I personally use the pull spot hidden at top of fridge (another nice feature). One thing I wish we had was a bigger ice maker. The ability to create more ice for our family of five would be helpful.

Works well with great space. It looks very sharp. The water dispenser has no issues with velocity or volume. It is not noisy. High-quality refrigerator and freezer.

it is roomy. you can fit 2 bins of 2 litres on the inside of the door. It stays cold and has a sleek look. My problem is the small icemaker on this unit. It holds a small amount of ice and doesn't have the accelorator ice maker button that my old kenmore had. we're out of ice by 6pm then have to wait til the morning for it to fill up the ice bin again. Then some of the ice cubes would get stuck in the chute and not want to come out. ice would fall out a couple minutes later. I'm going to sell it and get one with a bigger ice maker and storage bin. smh.

It’s a great product so far. Good capacity and quiet.

Nice looking fridge with lots of space. I like the option of eliminating the traditional pull handle. My complaints are that it doesn't give you the option to adjust the shelves, there is no crisper for deli and you have to remove the whole ice tray to get access to the ice to fill up sports bottles.

To be honest, at first I didn't like it at all but after having it for a few weeks...I absolutely love it. It's really spacious and works really well. I love that I can adjust the temp on the inside of the fridge on both the fridge and freezer. It's a very nice addition to my kitchen.

The Samsung Refrigerator is much spacious & it has easy access to change the water filter instead of going underneath it and replacing it.

We love this refrigerator. It's a step up from our old LG. It is very quiet. The only thing that was better on the LG was the ice maker. On the Samsung, it takes a little time for the ice to come out. The temp on the refrigerator runs colder than what is set.

The ammount of space in this refrigerator is outstanding for the price. 0 degree freezer in a very short ammount of time. Overall we love the design and space . The no visible handles on door give a nice clean look. I wish the ice maker worked a lityle faster and had a little more storage but other than that it is fantastic.

I love my fridge/freezer combo! The installation was quick, and I love that it's spacious, very cold, and looks great!
