Shopped several stores and online Best Buy had the best price, delivery and installation. Love the product.

So far very good. The only problems are that the shelves on the refrigerator side are too close together to allow tall bottles (like two-liter soft drinks) to be stored upright. Also, the freezer section has a place for a third basket but no third basket making about 1 cu ft not usable. The cooling system is quiet and the temperature adjustments for freezer and refrigerator is really nice.

Great refrigerator for the money. I have had this refrigerator over a year & works great. You can conveniently get the filters for it a local home improvement store or Amazon. The crushed ice setting seems to take a little longer to crush ice, but not a big deal. Overall it was a good purchase for the price & quality. I highly recommend it.

This is a lot bigger than our last one so I’m loving that. I also like that I can put magnets on the front. The only thing I don’t like about this is that you can’t move the shelves. A gallon of milk will fit in the shelves but my kids juice does not. It does fit in the door but I don’t like that. Also a bottle of wine doesn’t fit on there either. I also am not a fan of the shelves being glass. I’m scared my kid’s are gonna break it. But over all it’s great.

Does what it needs to do except for the ice maker malfunctions rather frequently; so much so that it now no longer works, but other than that, it serves our family well

The refrigerator fit in our spot that we made for it. My big complaint is there is no light for the ice and water dispenser. Everything else works as designed.

This refrigerator is the best one I have owned since I had to leave a maytag behind at our previous home. It is super roomy, keeps everything perfectly cold and the ice maker is fantastic! The salesman said it had been totally re-engineered, since I had heard very bad things about Samsung refrigerators, and I completely believe it now, after having owned it for some time now. Can't say anything bad about this frig.....am very pleased to have it!

I love this item. It is excellent . If you have child less than 5 year, it may not good fit because mt kid dispense water all time and this freeze does not have child lock. Otherwise this item is a peace of mind. You will enjoy it

After researching various brands and models, I took a chance on this one and it worked out perfect. Stainless steel, great size, very spacious. Excellent cooling. Quiet ice maker. Highly recommend.

Fridge n freezer have ample room. Shelving is made of glass but shelves cannot be moved to accommodate taller items. The shelves are removable to clean but cannot adjust At ALL. There is no butter keeper. The ice n water thru door is great except the ice maker does not make ice very quickly, nor does it store a lot of ice Door came badly damaged. Still waiting for replacement door after over a month

This is a great product, we can enjoy many amenities

Its it's a nice fridge. But there are a few complaints we have already after 3 weeks of use. The ice maker and water dispenser stopped working after only two weeks of use. Apparently it is an issue with the fridge door not having enough insulation and the water line freezing up. If so this is a major defect. For smaller complaints, the shelves are not able to be rearranged. And there is no Deli drawer- A couple of things people get used to on many other fridges. We have noticed more frost build up in the freezer as well compared to our old freezer. It's nice that it has a good warranty but I hope we do not have issues with it. The warranty people have been good to work with but we didn't expect to so soon.

We were actively looking to replace a French door fridge, having been victims of new trends, and I must say that this side-by-side refrigerator has met our family needs! The fridge is spacious and very sleek, which matches the unique design of our kitchen. Most importantly, the fridge features a unique refrigeration design unlike French doors that makes it more efficient. I will totally be recommending this product to other folks!
