I am well pleased with this refrigerator. It is very spacious and accommodates my needs.

This is not only a beautiful refrigerator, but the capacity makes this a must have for a large family. My wife and I looked at several refrigerators and we settled on this refrigerator due to it being stainless steel, available ice maker and it la capacity. This refrigerator has lived up to all our expectations. We have had absolutely no issue with the ice maker, which others have reported as an issue. Frost buildup in the freezer side is nonexistent and we are finding food stays fresh at longer due to being able to control the humidity inside the refrigerator. The one issue I have with the refrigerator is that you really need a stainless steel cleaner to clean the refrigerator. If you use anything else, a white residue always seems to be left behind on the refrigerator. In addition, this refrigerator is supposed to be fingerprint proof and that is not the case. The lack of wifi connectivity makes this a solid very good refrigerator but not excellent.

Ice maker has been the only issue. Probably once a month need to pull bucket and clear jam. Otherwise great fridge for the money

I bought this fridge on sale. It does everything I wanted. It makes ice and dispences water. It's bigger than my previous fridge and fits in most standard fridge spaces but will poke out due to the depth.

Works as expected. Good so far. Nice design and layout.

Like many other users, I had trouble aligning the doors. I finally saw a little chintzy pamphlet that came with the fridge and it said to level the fridge first BEFORE aligning the doors. I did that and it worked! Level the *back* of the fridge. Have had the fridge now for about 6 weeks. No real issues. Two complaints are: (1) Weird noises. Sometimes it sounds like someone using a drumstick to bang on an empty trashcan. (2) The darn protective plastic film is impossible to remove completely. As others have pointed out, the film was installed during the assembly of the fridge, so it's stuck in between the various panels of the fridge. I'm afraid to use a sharp object to score the film for removal. Lots of door storage. You can place a gallon milk jug in the door shelf! The disadvantage is that the door gets really heavy. Fixed shelves are not a problem - I was afraid of that at first. We don't use much ice, so the smallish ice capacity is not a problem. Black stainless finish is beautiful and easy to maintain. No problem with fingerprints. We keep our hands clean haha!

Overall, it's a very stylish and functional fridge! My only complaint is the water dispenser is a bit weird you push in the opposite direction.

The fridge is nice. The water dispenser could be better; getting the right angle to not create a puddle on the floor is tricky. The delivery team dented the door while moving it and blew me off when I said something. Best Buy is bringing me a new fridge without hassle, so otherwise, this is a satisfactory resolution. For the price, the quality is considerably high compared to their competitors.

Love Samsung products very specius. But the only problem I ended up and not liking it. The ice maker. On the hottest days didn't make any ice and when we got a little brake from the heat it made a few ice cubes.

I ordered this sight unseen over the internet. Wow was I blown away. The refrigerator is amazing!!! The service, delivery and install was all set up through emails and it was spot on. Delivered the day and the time promised. This was truly a purchase I will never forget!!!

Nice looking refrigerator with plenty of space. Non adjustable shelving is not a problem at this time. Satin finish is easy to clean.

We have had out Samsung fridge for just over a year now and still love it. We love the sleek look of not having a handle sticking out. The space is just right and extra room in the doors.

Very nice I got the stainless steel black very quite. The fridge can hold a lot. Good buy for the on sale price.

Where do we start I was very surprised for what I paid for this fridge and being a Samsung that they didn't pay more attention to the small details like there's no lighting when you get ice or water and second the ice maker being small and taking a really long time to dispense ice surprisingly it makes it decently fast but takes too long to dispense it as well as the shelving inside the fridge is too close together especially the one way up top that doesn't have enough height room to place bottles like soda or juice gallons you would have to leave the top shelf out if you wanted to do that
