The refrigerator looks nice. I live the color of the black stainless. The issue I have is the icemaker. It produces ice fine but if you press the button to dispense it doesnt come out. When you open the door to remove the basket, ice has filled the entire exit tube. I have had the refrigerator for a couple months now and have had to do a total defrost to grt ice 3 times already and I am due to do it my 4th.

My experience with Samsung appliances have been great and this fridge is not the exception. This is fridge have aperfect size for fam of 4 and its so easy to keep organized due all the space and shelf that have.

Let me start off by saying we a huge fan of Samsung products, We are now 1 month in with this refrigerator here are my Pro's and Con's. Pro's - Lots of storage space on the fridge side - Nice digital display, very easy to read temps - The water dispenses fast for faster fill-ups - (Personal) the Ice Cubes are not huge - Love the sleek handles, my kitchen is small so that little extra space really help with the flow with muti people in the kitchen. Con's - Freezer is not big (we have a second freezer so not an issue for my house) - The way the water and ice dispense is a bit annoying, You need to line up your cup in a way so the ice doesn't fly off the cup and the water doesn't spill on the side of your cup and drips to the floor.

Got this with a package deal. Looks amazing. LED light is amazing. Very roomy. Only problem I see is the freezer shows more ice on shelf and walls than I think it should. Even have the freezer on highest setting. Maybe normal. But can complain at all. We love it

I wish the ice was easier to get out without removing the whole container…but TCC definitely not a deal breaker! There is so much room! And I love that it beeps when we leave the door open too long!

The refrigerator was exactly what i was wanting! Perfect size, love the no handles!

Room is pretty good, and inside of refrigerator color so cool;Inside of refrigerator cooling system so nice too, but ice container so small and ice keep go everywhere. No There is no tray to catch ice or water spills and when I take out the crushed ice, it sometimes freezes inside.

Great fridge with plenty of interior space! Fridge is nice and cold and the freezer is frozen! The water hookup was easy and the ice and water dispenser work great.

This Samsung refrigerator offers great value for its price. It works great and we feel that the layout offers more space to store your items inside. It is also easy to reach and find items. Cooling is even across all regions.

This Samsung refrigerator suits our needs and has deep storage drawers. So far so good.

The ice is dispensed in varying amounts. Usually too much then falling to the floor. The cavity is dark making it hard to see how much H2O you have. I had to buy plastic bins to organize everything and a motion light for the dispenser. Add another $300 to the purchase for that.

Much bigger than my old one, sleek look with no handles. The delivery appointment system isn’t the best, it will never take your first appointment. Word of advice confirm and re confirm appointment.

Works well, modern design, only thing that i dont like so far is that there is no light under the water and ice dispenser.

Purchased this refrigerator last month and so far we absolutely love it. It is spacious, well made, attractive and efficient.

Would really give this refrigerator 3.5 stars. Aesthetically looks great and works well, but other aspects are a little off. The water spout is too far from where you press the cup for water- so basically, unless you have a wide brimmed cup, you’ll likely end up spilling water everywhere. Or you can do what I do, and press with your hand and hold the cup a little forward to get the water inside. Also, the ice function is messy. It comes out through a wide opening which makes the ice spill over the place. I find myself having to create a funnel with my hands to control the stream of ice. Overall, not enough issues for me to return or cause a big fuss about, but I just wish Samsung designed it a bit better.

Very happy with this refrigerator. I like the icemaker in the door. That gives more storage space.

I needed a fridge abs stopped in at Best Buy to check out what they have only to come across this fridge. In no time I sought out an associate to initiate a purchase. Brought it home and hooked it up to find it works quite much better than expected and have had no complaints except for a water leak that is more than likely from taking off the doors for it to fit through my front door where the water line connection isn't so secure any more. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.
