Great refrigerator! Very roomy, too! I love the ice maker and water in the door. It’s very quiet.

The fridge is huge yet very streamlined without handles. Very quiet. Very please with the purchase and even more so with price.

We had this same refrigerator at our old house and when we moved we left it. So when we bought our fixer upper we decided to buy the same fridge. Only dislike about it is that it does not have a light for the ice and water dispenser.

Haven’t had it very long so unsure of longevity. Works great! Refrigerator is cold. Freezer stays frozen. Ice machine only puts out about half the cubes sometimes. Ice bin only holds a small amount of ice, so even though the bin comes out...it won’t fill even a small ice chest. Open door alarm is a good feature if you have children who stand in the door “looking” for something to eat... Shaleves in refrigerator side are not adjustable but....are deep and widely spaced. Door shelves are the same.

We're having problems with the cubed ice coming out. Other than that it is what was expected. Its roomie and very nice.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase of the Samsung side by side. It's not loud like my previous refrigerator and the ice maker in the door adds freezer space.

The actually appliance itself is better than average. However, don’t buy anything from Best Buy because they are the worst. They cancelled the delivery without notifying me ....twice. Never once apologizing. The installation was quick and easy but they scratched my kitchen floor. Again, the refrigerator is good, it’s got plenty of room , and it looks sharp. Do yourself a favor and buy this from anybody else. Literally anyone but Best Buy.

Happy to have made the purchase, I had a whirlpool refrigerator which I also purchase from Best Buy. I had to return the whirlpool due to it not working properly. The swap out was made very easy by the Geek Squad and I would always recommend Best Buy for their great customer service. My purchase was made in August 2021, which was a hard time to purchase appliances due to the pandemic, but again I say the Geek Squad did what they could to get me a new fridge as quick as possible.

We are so happy with our new refrigerator. It is good looking, spacious, ice maker/water in door works great. Very glad to go from our older 2 door refrigerator with a freezer drawer to a side by side that is easier to keep organized and see what you have. Btw, the delivery and install by Best Buy crew was excellent! Polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

The refrigerator has exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that there wan't a tray to catch the water at the water dispenser. I have not had any issues with water dripping on the water dispenser tray. I will be monitoring as time goes on and the water dispenser has more use. The refrigerator is larger inside than I thought it would be and it holds more than our previous refrigerator and takes less space. Happy with the purchase.

Only complaint is lack of manual with it and difficulty getting ice maker to work without instructions. Overall great refrigerator so far.

I love how big it is. I like the ice maker being on the door. At first I was unsure about the handles not sticking out but I like it.

Fridge is spacious & convenient. Easy to install & everything worked perfect!

Great fridge and not so expensive. Only issue we have with this fridge is the ice cant really keep up. We def use a good bit of ice with family and all during the summer and its constantly running out. Have to be careful running the ice empty during the hot summer because it will sorta melt into large pieces that will get stuck in the ine dispenser. Overall though the frigde is great and would def recommend.
