Excellent fridge, very spacious ! Instant ice and water that we use all the time. The cooling system is very njce and the layout is perfect. The prize was also incredible for the design.

This was not my first choice. My first choice was a Samsung counter depth. Unfortunately, they changed my delivery date, but never contacted me. After days and hours on the phone, my refrigerator was still 6 days away. This model was only 2 days away, so I settled. It is an excellent refrigerator, I am just disappointed with the fact that I was never contacted.

Nothing fancy about the fridge, but the way that the things are organized inside, makes it that more spacious than other fridges that are ~ the same size. Absolutely love it.

Love the refrigerator getting it was difficult due to delivery being cancelled several times and talking to support was was bad the experience of getting i would give no stars the stars are fir the refrigerator

Overall we love this refrigerator. The space in the fridge and freezer are great the only downside is that there isn’t a deli drawer. We bought the fridge from the outlet as a open box excellent condition. It came very heavily wrapped and after unpacking there were a few more dents than anticipated.

Product is very good. Similar footprint as a 25.5 cu ft unit but has 27.2 cu ft of storage. New home owner is very satisfied at this point.
Would have liked to get a little more notice from the delivery personnel...a 4 hour window with a 20 minute notice is difficult for a builder with several properties in-process. That said, delivery personnel did a good job getting in house and set up.

I like this fridge other than one thing. The ice maker is the worst! it makes ice quickly but it is slow to dispense and it only wants to dispense crushed ice. Select cubed, you get maybe 50% crushed and 50% cubed, if not a higher percentage that is crushed. If i take the icebin out and let it completely thaw out, it will dispense only cubed for about 2 weeks and then it goes back to crushing the ice. I followed the manufactures recommendations and changed the temperature. this had no impact on it crushing ice. The crushed ice is not the worst part though, its the fact that it will jam up in the door and you have to take the icebin out to fix it.. when you do this, ice will go everywhere; creating a huge mess. so about once a week, i have to chisel out the ice accumulation in hopes of preventing it from clogging up and creating a big mess.
