Excellent fridge freezer. Works well so far. Ice maker and water dispenser working but plastic seems flimsey. We will have to wait and see how long it will last. So far very happy with the purchase.

It keeps things cold, looks great, no problems so far.

I am so excited to receive my refrigerator in my new place and they took all the care of my property and came on time I'm so excited, glad I chose Best buy to receive my product.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator. It is capacious, and is designed for easy viewing of food. No butter compartment and we needed help changing the temperature but all was resolved. Not having food in the back of the refrigerator freeze is a wonderful advance. Tons of space in the freezer.

Refrigerator works wonderfully and I actually like the side by side better than my old refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. It’s much easier to find my freezer items.

I have had this product for almost a year and half. The fridge and freezer are great. Very roomy keeps the temp you set. Controls are easy to use. Finding the right water filter was a bit of a pain but was found. Absolutely TERRIBLE icemaker. Its tiny and takes forever to make the small amount of ice that it holds. It has a mind of its own. It decides weather you are getting crushed or cubed. It doesn't matter what button you choose. If you are a family that likes ice you will still need to use the top shelf of the freezer for ice trays because you will always be out of ice.

So far we're enjoying our refrigerator....It's very nice and sleek looking.

Everything good and nice. It's perfect to my Kitchen, a lot of space also, you can put a lot of stuffs.

We have always owned samsung appliances, naturally i wanted a nee fridge that matched my other appliances. Overall i am slightly dissatisfied with the ice maker design / water dispenser. It fits awkwardly and we always end up making a mess on my hardwood floor.

Nice appliance at an excellent price. Quick delivery with timely delivery updates. Note that if the item needs to have the doors removed to get it through the doorway into your home/building, the delivery staff will not do that if you haven't paid for "installation" at the time of purchase.

Refrigerator works great . My only issue was with the delivery and supposedly installation. The workers also did a dent on the freezer door of my refrigerator. They rescheduled my installation for a random date which I wasn’t aware of nor notified and definitely didn’t agree on because I wasn’t even in town .
