This refrigerator is a great product that is well designed with a great layout inside, plus integrated technology. This refrigerator also has plenty of room in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. The ice and water features work great and relatively quiet. Great product.

Love the sleekness of this refrigerator. The shelves are deep and the lighting is wonderful. Can see what is in the fridge. Dislike no storage for luch meat, cheese etc.

The Black stainless steel Samsung refrigerator is the center piece of my kitchen. The refrigerator is the beet Samsung appliance I have ever bought and is complemented by the range and dishwasher and over the range microwave all black stainless steel Samsung appliances

Love the size of the fridge and all the room, could be an extra place for eggs or butter spot.., water dispenser’s spout is a little far out so if you were to push your glass against the pad it will miss the glass. You have to push the pad and hold your glass’s

The representative at the store was great. Helpful and went through the purchase quick. The delivery guys were awesome they were careful, courteous, and polite and brought in the fridge and took out the old with care. They communicated on arrival time and were great.

This is my main kitchen refrigerator now. I love the side-by-side format. The shelves are deep providing lots of capacity, but not wide. The doors open out flat so you don't have to twist your shoulders to access the back of the shelves. It has a Shabbos mode feature which could have a simpler way to activate (you have to hold down two buttons at once, pressing hard for 5 seconds). It needs a full year calendar and way to set the New Year day so it will know and automatically go Shabbos mode on all the holidays. As of April 2022, the ice maker is still working. I'd prefer an open ice bin so you can take ice out from inside the freezer. The freezer is so narrow and short that you probably need a second freezer in the garage. I couldn't do without that second freezer, so a larger family would really need it.

Love it, great fridge, like the door handle design, the black stainless steel look is a plus. If there’s any complaint is the water filter. It seems like Samsung filters are not as good they proclaimed. Overall this is a very good fridge, good enough space and it easy to organize.

We bought this Refrigerator on march 14th, they delivered on march 18th , it looks pretty nice, is big and fancy we really like it, but only one problem, the ice maker never work , it made few few ice cubes then quit working, we gonna wait till all this COVID19 virus is gone we can talk with somebody in geek squad to exchange it for a whirlpool ( we had a Whirlpool before that it last 13 years ) we google it and Samsung fridges have issues with the ice makers even a lawsuit against them for this issue, we didn't know that till we start google the way to fix this problem.

Love the size and style of this refrigerator. Love the way shelves are adjustable.d style of this refrigerator. Vegetable stays crisp. So handy to have vine bottle section. Only problem is that so often friger section gets so cold the drawer get shut cose and very hard to open.

So far so good the black looks much better than the silver one. Hopefully this Ref will last longer than our previous one. Plenty of space inside. Really happy with this Refrigerator.

Size of the shelves is excellent, Ice machine does not make enough ice if you have more than one person in the house.

Excellent refrigerator and freezer. The only thing it lacks is an adequate ice maker. With a family of six it can’t handle ice production. However, it has a huge amount of interior space and some if the best features on the market.

This is my second refrigerator from Samsung. My recommendation is go for this one if you look for usable space. I got another fridge from Samsung which has more functions but it has less usable space than this one although its spec don't said so.
