Great product and has proven to be worthwhile of having a place in my home! Best buy also made the delivery date and process very easy and will definitely be buying the rest of my appliances here!

Haven't had it that long but so far so good hopefully it doesn't break down and if it does hopefully they can get the parts to fix it but otherwise it's a refrigerator you open and shut the door it's not rocket science I just wish they'd make the side-by-side like they used to a bit bigger my last one it was a side-by-side was a roper 36 in.³ inside perfect refrigerator and lasted for at least 20 years or more

The storage space is great. I didn’t realize it didn’t have a deli drawer nor a butter/covered shelf. Its also missing a freezer shelving unit on the door. Other than this, it’s a great refrigerator at a fantastic price. So far my family and I are very pleased with our purchase.

The refrigerator has had some engineering improvements since the newer model came out. The only problem I am having is that the ice and water dispenser seems not to be lined up right for my glass. The water and ice end up on the floor.

Excellent choice for me. Looks good and low noise. It'll let me know if i the door is left open, handy when the grand kids are there

The Product is good and works well. My problem is that in store on the date of purchase, we were told that we would be given $100 gift card if we purchased during this promotion, but this store didn't have our product available and we should purchase online, as we did. However, after talking with customer service spending more than 20 minutes per call on two occasions and returned to the store, we have not received the gift card. We have spent a lot at this store in the past few weeks, but, just seems to be the run around on the promise of a gift card.

I've had this fridge for almost 2 years and no issues with it. Works very well and is very consistent. Thanks South Korea... not China.

Great fridge, oddly we got a different one than the Best Buy Outlet one we picked out and purchased. Not sure if it’s typical for the Outlet store to just deliver whichever fridge they like, thankfully it was the same model since it’s not the actual one we bought in person.

We’ve only had the fridge for a few weeks and so far so good. The ice maker took almost 2 days to fill the very first time but has kept up with our constant use since. My biggest complaint is there is no light on the water/ice dispenser

Love this fridge! Met my budget guideline and has exactly what I need. So far the ice maker is working great, lots of ice on demand. The temperature stays consistent. Both the fridge and freezer have alot of space! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a side by side fridge!

No problem with it so far. What got us to buy it is the style and black stainless. Very easy water on the door featur
