Purchased after my 1 y.o. I* started going down hill and then it stopped. They helped me a partial refund and after several weeks of research this Samsung came in first....Works Wonderful

simple and good, no wierd settings and screens to play with

The refrigerator looks very nice and works without any problems so far. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were very professional. Only negative is the ice maker — much smaller than the one we replaced. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

Great fridge works well. My only complaint is the shrink wrap that protected the doors was TOO GOOD. It was very very difficult to remove since it was tucked under edges, making it near impossible to get a clean edge.

Love this refrigerator. Large capacity both in the refrigerator and freezer side. Great ice capacity.

Nice refrigerator. Very spacious. Nothing super fancy (fewer things to break down). The ice cube capacity is less than my old fridge. It only fills a small cooler. Having the ice cube area in the door- there is more shelf space in the freezer.

Great frig. Has a lot of room in it. Fingerprints do not show very much, but when needed it is easy to clean without leaving streaks

This replaces another Samsung french door fridge that bite the dust after 5 years. So I write this will the realization that we've only had this for a few weeks. What I like about this over the french door variation is that it feels like there is a better ability to organize items in the fridge and it's nice not having to bend down to get stuff out of the freezer. The french door version had the ice maker in the fridge area and I believe that was the culprit for our problems. This time, the ice maker is in the freezer. It's definitely stylish and fits with our overall decor. If this fridge doesn't last and it's still a model that is sold down the road, I'll update this review.

Delivery was on time and smooth. I was not home but my wife said it could not have gone better. The delivery guys were courteous and professional and work quickly and carefully. This Samsung was a great choice. it is working very well. Thanks!

It’s pretty good, it’s very efficient when it comes to temperature for example a drink in there fridge will get cold in like 15 minutes. And there’s no handle bars on the door so it’s very sleek and minimal. Honestly it’s also super big

Bought to replace 10 year old fridge. Odd not seeing lunchmeat drawer or a butter tray but works great

I did extensive research before buying this fridge. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so, after comparing it for hours with other fridges, I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I waited 4 hours for the first delivery; when it arrived, the fridge was so damaged, the doors wouldn't even close. I obviously refused the delivery and waited for someone from Best Buy to contact me about a replacement, which never happened. I got to wait on hold several times for hours at a time to arrange another delivery. Upon the second delivery, I was excited to lose another 4 hours of my life waiting, which is exactly what happened. The fridge was delivered (again) and the ice maker stopped working about a week later. I called Samsung for service and got to spend another entire day waiting on the repairman. He was quite possibly the most inefficient person I've ever worked with and did absolutely nothing to help me with my BRAND NEW fridge that had stopped working. The ice maker eventually magically started "working" again on its own, but I literally have to wait several minutes for just a couple of ice cubes to drop in my cup. It is unbelievable how long this thing takes to dispense ice (if/when it's actually working). The ice capacity is also so low that if you have a family, you'll definitely run out of ice on any given day. In this situation, I've found that Samsung won't do anything for me, Best Buy won't do anything for me, so apparently I'm just stuck with this subpar product for the next 15 years until it's time to buy a new one. I've purchased ALL my appliances in the past 15 years from Best Buy and recently ALL Samsung products and am appalled by the lack of customer service. Time to move on!

exactly what i wanted and a great price. we originally bought a different refrigerator that didn't fit and they exchanged it for this one and we even got a little money back

Needed a refrigerator to fit in between my cabinets and this one fit perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is it has no light for the water dispenser and it leaks o little sometimes from the dispenser.

I like the price Thought I would love the no handle doors But hard getting use to No light on water ice dispenser is a miss but overall happy so far ! See how long it last is the real review down the road

Love the new refrigerator. The gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator were very caring and knowledgeable.

Don’t let the side by side fool you - it’s huge. We replaced our French door fridge with this Samsung side-by-side and love it. Definitely would recommend to others.
