I'm impressed with the capacity of the refrigerator. It was a big upgrade from previous refrigerator. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because ice machine takes a long time to make ice and the water and ice dispenser doesn't have a light.

Great fridge. We needed one with an ice maker in the freezer so we didn't have any issues, and this was it! The depth adds so much extra storage as well.

Stainless steel is the best choice for a fridge. It works amazing.

It’s a 4. Why? It looks good. It talks to you if you leave the fridge door open. The water runs well. Ice cube function could be better. Overall satisfied but not blown away. Inside freezer, the shelves are not cheap.

It is a very nice and spacious refrigerator. We like how the ice maker is all in the door.

This is a decent starter fridge. It does what it needs to do but the ice maker is not reliable. If you live in a warmer climate the ice will melt and build up. Leaving you with no ice.

Fridge and Freezer keeps food nice and cold and Frozen. Its wonderful. Love the color and how easy it is to clean.

Love this refrigerator and love the black stainless steel and no handles. Looks and free of fingerprints.

Great side-by-side for the price. I have so much more room with this new refrigerator. The water and ice dispenser work great and is much better than empty ice trays in the freezer. I have had no issues with any performance yet.

Our only real complaint is it lacks a deli drawer. Otherwise its a solid fridge so far.

We love our new refrigerator! It’s bright and roomy inside. The glass shelves make it easy to clean up spills. The only issue is that the outside shows fingerprints really bad so in constantly wiping.

This fridge offers deep shelves and lots of open space. It is lacking a top drawer and a butter shelf. The inset handles are nice, and I love that the water drip space does not have an insert to keep clean.

I love the side by side refrigerator! Couldn’t be happier with the brand we chose.

I love this product. The color is amazing. Love the space inside. The ice maker is a plus it also does not take up a lot of space inside the freezer. Also the crusher for the ice machine is great.

For the price this refrigerator has all the features we want. The only annoyance for me is that the water supply has to be turned off before the water filter can be replaced.

The freezer is wider than my old one. I can fit pizzas flat in the shelves. My friend has a 4 door smart refrigerator with the pull out drawers. After seeing how well my refrigerator functioned, she prefers my side- by-side. Icemaker is in the door which gives more shelving space, which is where you really need it. I like that the ice cubes are smaller than traditional icemakers. Has extra tall dispenser for water bottles. There is no light on the dispenser, which was surprising, I thought all refrigerators had this. The controls on the dispenser do not always respond, which I might call Samsung about. Wondering if mine is just defective or all these models behave that way.

Great fridge would highly recommend it great pricing and hardly makes any noise
