Convection oven cooks so fast and even, perfect cookies in 6 minutes. I love the frig door in the door for drinks etc. Ice maker is a little slow to dispense. Stainless gets lots of fingerprints.

The black stainless color is sleek, the extra draw is so convenient, freezer holds a lot with the deep drawers. Food stays super cold in both fridge and freezer. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a very large and luxurious refrigerator (2 years old) so the look is very important on a modern kitchen. Functionally the freezer light and the deli display stop working. Hopefully Best Buy’s warranty is excellent and they reimbursed me to buy another. Not for the visual damage obviously. Service came but never solve the simple light and display problem from there Best Buy solve it with the reimbursement. It’s an expensive appliance for giving problems in it’s first two years and visually those spots look awful on the kitchen.

Fridge is fantastic. Kids and family love this fridge's setup. Can easily fit many more things in this fridge than in old fridge.

Bought this as part of a whole 'suite' of Samsung kitchen appliances for our kitchen remodel. The ice maker has failed from the beginning! It clogs with ice and frost as it is not sealed properly! I am forced to manually repair this with caulk as the many videos show. I will NEVER buy Samsung appliance again! (The oven/range & microwave have all failed and required repair since new in 2017.)

I was debating between a Samsung and a LG refrigerator. I had a LG and was not happy with their products. I finally decided on this model due to not only the looks and features but to the great reviews. Some of the reviews stated that it was noisy,I find I can hardly hear that it is running. Also they say the ice is loud, I find it is not any louder than any other ice maker. This is a huge, amazing refrigerator. So much space for everything! aAnd boy is it bright! Things seem extra cold, not like my old fridge. Some of the features I didn't think I'd like were the Showcase door and the Flexzone drawer. Well, I was so wrong! I love the showcase door, everything my hubby uses right there for a quick reach! And the flexzone drawer is fantastic! No more yelling at the husband to shut the door!!! I also like the convenience of the flip up shelf and the sliding shelf! So very glad I went with Samsung!!! It is so much nicer than the LG. Yes I am so happy with our purchase.
