Had to pay someone to take door frame off to get it in just to find out the freezer is not work! After 3 weeks Samsung finally got someone to come out. It is none repairable! A 3k fridge that cant be fix. It is November I have been on phone with Samsung every other day just to get a different answer. Still no fridge or money back.

I bought a washing machine, dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Washing machine lasted 1.5 years, dryer 2 yrs, dishwasher 1.2 years and the fridge ice maker quit in 3 months. They came out and fixed it. Or should i say made it last until it was out of warranty 8 months later.

The ice maker always freezes up. Big disappointment. Now I’ve read there is some kind of a recall on the freezer part. I’m sure mine is out of warranty, but I will check to be sure. And the way the ice comes out it’s always snowy, which lines the dispenser with snow, so there is constant dripping from melting. I HATE IT.

After the delivery truck left, discovered the track of the freezer door is jammed and won't fully open. It's been 2 weeks and still no replacement, therefore, no freezer. Also, they didn't tighten one of the handles and my wife pulled it off. The water pitcher leaks too. This is a replacement of an LG fridge that was under geek squad coverage. They couldn't fix it, and I was without a refrigerator for over a month while they went through their "process" of exchanging it. I'll never buy a major appliance from Best Buy again.
