    You aren't able to put many condiments in the shelves aside from miniature jars. Nor is the shelf space conducive to taller items.

    Ice maker is a deal breaker

    The ice maker does not work and freezes up all the time. The door does not keep milk cold, spoils quickly. Poorly designed and ice maker only works occasionally and then it chooses whether it is going to give you crushed or cubed ice no matter what you choose. Extremely disappointed in this product

    We are very happy with the refrigerator, just not happy with best buy. When the refrigerator was delivered there was 2 dents that i immediately pointed out to the delivery guys. I called the geek squad and told them about the issue. They said I could accept the delivery or refuse the delivery but either way they would replace the refrigerator in a timely manner. I told them i would accept the delivery because we just bought the house and did not have a refrigerator. I was told the delivery needed to be completed in the system until they could set up a time to have the new refrigerator delivered but was told it should be within a week. The next day I received a call saying that the refrigerator was out of stock and couldn't be delivered until mid February. So the refrigerator is great just really frustrated we spent that kind of money on a fridge that has dents.

    Samsung Fridge Huge Disappointment and $$$ Repairs

    Great looking fridge but there have been so many problems in the first year, I will likely never by another Samsung appliance. The icemaker started leaking water inside the unit so the entire icemaker freezes up constantly. The only way to fix it is spend hours chipping away or melting ice, only for it to happen again and again. The door handles started working loose after a few months and they need inside the door access. Of course with Covid we were not able to get it taken care of in the 1 year warranty so we are just out. It looks like the icemaker issue is a known problem and there is a class action lawsuit going on because of this issue.

    We have owned this product for a few months now. The biggest complaint we have with this is lack of cold water. All you get is two glasses of water at a time and then you have to wait 2 hours for it to cool down again. This is mind blowing how they got it this wrong. We also saw lot of frost build up in the freezer which is concerning as well. These days more money doesnt mean better quality.

    1- Water pitcher leaks 2- Ice maker needed to be reset often, and after 1 year just completely quit making ice despite not being frozen over 3- "smart" features stopped working despite replacing the internal wifi. Would never recommend a samsung fridge again.

    The freezer kept shutting down. I lost all my food multiple times in the first year. Multiple service calls. Samsung giving me the run around. Horrible customer service. I'm still sitting here with no freezer!

    Fingerpring resistant is a marketing gimmick at best. The built in pitcher leaks everywhere when i use it. Not worth the 3k pricetag i wouldnt pay 1k for it again

    The fridge is functional, but cheaply designed. It is nearly impossible to clean, without breaking. If you have kids, or expect to want to clean anything that leaks or spills in this fridge, run away. The bottom glass is impossible to clean. Other than that it works.

    Very disappointing for the money spent. Ice maker freezes up, have to take apart to clear it, not easy. Replacement filters are $50 and leak.
