    Pretty disappointed as this is Samsung and I had high expectations. It's a beautiful fridge, but functionality is very disappointing. My biggest gripe about this fridge is the fact that you don't have the ability to adjust any shelving. There is very minimal adjustments you can make in the main fridge. The left side shelves are NOT adjustable. There are only 3 spots you can place a shelf but there's really only 1 logical setting, which is the one in the picture. If you moved either the top shelf or the bottom shelf to the middle adjustment, then you'd have a tiny space that wouldn't be able to fit much of anything. The shelves on the doors are stationary. You can't move them to the height you want them, not even the shelves on the right side where there is no ice maker/water dispenser. You can put milk and one other big container (like juice or a tall plastic bottle) on the bottom shelf, but try putting a bottle of coffee creamer on the middle shelf. The shelf is too short. I can't even fit a 24oz bottle of ketchup (the ones with a neck). Meanwhile, the bottom shelf has at least 5" of space left (above the tallest container) and another 1" gap underneath the shelf (why didn't they place the shelf all the way to the bottom??). Completely wasted space that the middle shelf could've used. The top doesn't fit small jars of condiments unless you lay them on their sides. The water pitcher, with only less than 1 month of use, has already started leaking from the lid near the dispensing lip whenever you're pouring water. The FlexZone Drawer would work so much better if the so-called Smart Divider would stay in place. Even when it's locked, it still shifts. The locking mechanism is located where the round knob is, so the ends can move, which is why it's a very poor design. The freezer is quite nice with plenty of space. Overall, it's a disappointment. I had an LG french door fridge with the exact same features but it utilized its space much more efficiently, it was much more flexible, and everything fit better. For the price I paid for this one, I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

    We've had it for three years and had nothing but problems with it. Most of them with the ice maker. Samsung may be good with electronics but not with appliances.

    Must remove doors to clean under veg. bins!!!

    I was moderately happy with this model, until I needed to remove the vegetable bins to clean up a spill in the refrigerator compartment. The doors do not open fully, so the bins can't just be pulled out. The DOORS MUST BE REMOVED TO CLEAN UNDER THE BINS! That doesn't just involve lifting a couple of 30-40 lb doors off the hinges; it also requires climbing up a stepladder, propping up a cover on top of the refrigerator and disconnecting several wires and a water tube in order to remove the doors. I consider this a major design flaw. This is the last Samsung product I will ever buy.

    Terrible fridge, worked great for 2 years and stopped. Samsung customer service is the worst and Best Buy has not resolved either. To pay several thousand and only work for 2 years is unacceptable.

    Ice maker does not dispense full cubes of ice. They come out partially crushed and there is a 3-7 second delay for the ice to come out.

    ***Leave Samsung ALONE! I Bought this fridge along with 3 other Samsung major appliances and DON'T! 3 of the 4 have been donkey. Had this fridge 3 years and replaced 5 icemakers and all did the exact same thing- FROZE UP. Had Geek Squad there multiple times and Best Buy didn't want to replace the fridge and even had the Geek Squad added Warranty. A little sidenote: Best Buy wanted me to contact Samung instead of them and it took me going into the store and speaking with a manager for them to take action. Once I bought this junk, Pacific inside of BB woudn't even help me with my issue(mind you, I purchased over $10K worth of just appliances not to mention the $30K of Home Audio). His comment to me was, "If I took care of issues, I wouldn't have time to sell anything..." I was flabbergasted and highly upset. This is the same salesman that said the icemaker issues were fixed(we had the same issues with this brand prior). I will avoid Samsung at all costs and try to avoid Best Buy unless it's a sale in Lafayette.

    Unreliable temperature

    The refrigerator will work fine for a while, and then randomly not keep the temperature low enough to be safe for food. It already needed to be fixed one and I need to have it fixed again for the same problem. It probably should have been fixed more times than it has.

    From day one the ice machine was sluggish at best. Had it repaired numerous times . The Finish would scratch easily. The final straw was when it flooded our kitchen.Happy that We were able to upgrade to our Frigidare..

    DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIDGERATOR!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS! WE HAVE HAD IT LESS THAN A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. THEY SENT A REPAIR PERSON OUT TO DIAGNOSIS 4 DAYS AFTER THE THING QUITS (LOST ALL OF OUR FOOD) AND THEN SAID IT WILL BE ANOTHER 6 DAYS + BEFORE THEY CAN GET THE PART IN TO REPAIR....AND THAT IS IF THIS PART IS ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT WE SPENT A CRAP TON OF $$$$ ON A FRIDGE THAT DOESN'T WORK, AND SAMSUNG TRIED TO MAKE OUT LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. NO, YOUR CRAPPY PRODUCT IS AT FAULT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.     I would NOT purchase this again. The interior is super small and crowded, not allowing for easy storage of milk jugs, juice bottles, or pitchers. Ours continuously leaks, the ice dispenser constantly freezes up, and the freezer will leak. So frustrating for this price point!!!

    Horrible Product! Stick to Televisions

    1st. The spacing for food is horrible. Tiny tiny tiny. Secondly, the veggie drawers trap food in between the plastic. Thirdly, the freezer drawer moves so dysfunctionally, you feel like you are going to break it all the time. The food/meat in the freezer has ice on it a lot; and its not open... Fourth, the ice machine has to be run to get ice out of the machine; if a baby is sleeping, you can't reach in and grab ice so you don't make noise. Finally, how do you produce a fridge that you can't change the filter unless the water is turned off.. What is this? I have to pull the fridge away from the wall and out of the wall pocket to change a filter... Stupid. Horrible design, horrible of Best Buy to endorse this product, horrible that this product is on the market branding a name people think is reliable and they are ABSOLUTELY NOT! Nor is Best Buy. I will never buy appliances from you again! EVER!

    Constant problems

    This refrigerator is riddled with issues. The ice maker freezes over, making it unusable. I had to buy a countertop ice maker to replace it. Condensation pools under the crisper drawers and sometimes in the flex zone drawer. The drainage system is faulty, and because it doesn't drain, the fan gets clogged with ice and grinds to a halt, which stops the fridge from COOLING! Mine is less than six years old, but I've already had to put $600 worth of repairs into it, and it STILL isn't working reliably. Samsung support is useless because they have a ridiculously short warranty on all parts except the compressor. Seriously, do not buy this or any other Samsung appliance. I am LIVID that I paid $3000 for this failure of a refrigerator.

    CONSTANTLY...CONSTANTLY HAVE TO DIG ICE OUT THE ice maker side that accumulates all around. SO FRUSTRATING!!! We have had 2 service calls where the technician supposedly addressed the issue. Hasn't been fixed. Continuously have to dig ice out of the back of the ice maker. For some reason water is getting around where the wire harness for the ice maker is and freezing. Absolutely terrible engineering. and POOR DESIGN. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP AND WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE DARN THING! Buy literally any other brand..
