We purchased this fridge a month ago now and really like it. The only thing I didnt like with the whole shopping process was the delivery, the company who delivered our refrigerator get a C-, they did a rush job, set it up minimally (only put the major parts together, didnt take any stickers out etc.). They were nice but work ethic was no so great.

I've tried emptying it but then it makes more noise. It's supposed to be quiet. Doesn't happen all the time so I'm good for now. Other than that, I've downsized & it fits my needs perfectly. I love it& the color is beautiful

The one I like the most is the self filling water pitcher. We always have a full pitcher of filtered water at our disposal. The middle draw is very handy.

In fact, I’ve been saving up to buy it for a few years. I recently sold my house and purchased a smaller home, and this was the first appliance on my list of things to replace.

At 35.75 inch width, it doesn't really fit in a 36-inch width space. I had to break down the drywall on one side (pantry space). Ht of 70 inches is high. I had to remove the overhead 2-block cabinet. Very nice fridge, and tenants are super happy. I bought on July 4th, 2021 sale, but had to buy 3 other Samsung appliances to obtain additional 10% off.

However, the ice maker was broken when received. Samsung did come out to fix and said it was fixed at Best buy with wrong parts and that plastic was melted as result. Happy with Samsung and mad at Best Buy for hiding a defect. I recommend product, but not open box.

Samsung refrigerator

Have had the fridge for just under a year and are already having issues with the ice machine, seems to only produce crushed ice. Ever fix is only temporary, issues is still on going

Why is this happening? We are getting sick because we are drinking that water. Now I have to purchase bottle waters again even though I purchased this $3000 refrigerator! Also the handle to open the 1st part of the door is already loose.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only knock I have on the refrigerator is that the water dispenser in the door has an automatic shutoff feature, supposedly after one minute of flow, however, ours shuts off sometimes after only 5 to 10 seconds. You simply have to pull your cup from the trigger and then re-apply pressure and it continues flowing.

The self-filling water pitcher and the soft ice dispenser make you want to drink more H2O. The middle drawer is nice since you don't have to open the whole fridge just to get bread or other sandwich fixings out. In the same way, we use the right side door's easy access to avoid the need to open the whole thing up to get coffee creamer. Great purchase and we highly recommend.
