Love the fridge so far. My kids particularly like the water pitcher.

Had some problems with the ice maker making ice. Samsung came out to the house and fixed it. Ice maker is noisy.

I cannot get past the amount of space the ice maker takes away from the available space inside. The door versions are so much more efficient and appealing, at least to me.

Pretty but not functional. What kind of fridge doesn’t hold two gallons of milk anywhere? Idk maybe we’re just milk people, but make sure your stuff fits somewhere before you spend a lot of money for the aesthetic.

My 2nd fridge. 1st one had ice maker problems. This one is ok. Samsung customer service is pretty good but their product quality seems to be lacking.

Nice refrigerator. Lots of freezer space.water and ice buttons seem to delay or need to touch them just right.

The fridge has been amazing and the inside is so big and spacious it’s magnificent!

Not much room in the doors for condinents. Ice machine is louder than I would like Ice machine takes up more room in the main part of frig than I thought it would.. The 3rd drawer/Flex zone is nice. Overall nice frig.

The features we really like are the fingerprint resistant stainless steel which we only use a soft towel to wipe clean, the flex drawer which we use for vegetables and fruit, and the easy access to condiments we use frequently. Our installers were great as well!

This refrigerator looks great in our kitchen. It is roomy and modern. We love it.

I have only had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks, so far it has been a great fridge, very spacious. Fingerprint resistant does not seem to be working for me, I see prints every day on the doors this would probably be my only complaint about this purchase.

Love this fridge. Has all the features that You could ever imagine. The only thing is that our first fridge was damaged upon delivery. Everything was exchanged and the new fridge is working perfectly.

We’ve had this for close to a month now. The doors are all easily opened. Plenty of storage throughout. The Flex drawer is very useful. We’ve found for the lowest temp actually freezes meats, so keep at the beverage setting. Very happy with the unit so far.

I was in love with my new fridge until I had to clean a spill between the glass on the vegetable drawer! After reading the whole manual and looking for YouTube videos... I could not managed to remove the glass! I was so frustrated! I spent almost an hour trying! So... my 21 year old son came and by accident he removed the water filter, which is extremely accesible and has NO warnings about it! It was hard to put it back, but he got it in. Suddenly, we start seeing water leaking from under the filter... we kept cleaning until hours after, when ww found in the manual which said to close the water valve before replacing the filter! I had to move the fridge out and get on my knees to close the valve (after shutting down the ice maker or it could break if it doesn’t have water supply) then take out the filter, place it back again, clean the water leak mess, open the water valve, move the fridge back to place, try the water, unlock the controls to restart the ice maker.... ughhhh!!! All these steps!!! My old fridge was smarter! It will automatically shut the water supply Dow when I changed the filter! At the end I tried again to clean the spill inside the glass shelf with no success! I followed the steps on a YouTube video (because, again, there are NO instructions on how to do it in the manual) and still could not do it! What is wrong with Samsung! I can’t believe I trade my old, easy fridge for this stupid, beautiful one! It’s frustrating! Do not make the same mistake I did!!!!

Has plenty of storage room, ice maker and water in door well designed. Would prefer to have a little more customization to storage in freezer, but overall a well put-together appliance.

It looks great in the store. My parents have the same one and loved theirs. The only hang up is on the ice maker. That would need an occasional thawing cycle to keep making ice.
