Great fridge, terrible ice maker. Ice is very cloudy and takes forever to dispense.

Looks great and I love the showcase door and the water pitcher inside. Looks great in my IKEA Kitchen and can fit so much dang food in this thing! I love my Samsung appliances.

There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections, and the flexible shelves allow for taller items as well as large food platters.

We love the water infused pitcher in the ref. The flexible drawer. The front door to open just the door not the whole thing. It’s great.

We had purchased a more expensive model with 5 doors and super fancy, also I wanted "made in America"... anyway 3 years later, and after a dozen repairs, we decided to bite the bullet and buy a not "made in America" and get this Samsung... WOW, where to begin... this fridge is the best value ever! and it feels in some ways fancier the one that coasts almost double of this one. also if we feel insecure we have the Bestbuy 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I am hopeful I won't need it like the last one (unfortunately not bought at best buy). but I know if I do it will be fully covered.

So much room and l love the flex-space adjustable drawer. Also, our delivery guys were very professional and friendly. Great experience!

An excellent fridge with all that I could need. It feels spacious, organized and modern.

Love the fridge over all, but the ice maker is complete garbage. I’ve had it replaced 3 times and have had to pull the whole ice maker out to de frost it every month. I love everything else about this fridge, but that a big issue and does keep me from recommending it to friends. Purchased 11/2019. Not looking forward to my geek squad plan running out later this year.

It’s beautiful, great space for everything , jar for water , flex drawer ! Next one We get will be a counter deep though !

We ordered this refrigerator for the size and color. We had another brand which lasted only 5 years. Decent price for what we wanted.

Fingerprint resistance works as promised. The cooling sound is a bit loud.

Product: We like the fridge but we the spacing is kind of different on the inside. You can't stack like you can in other refrigerator but I like the design of the fridge. It takes time to get used to. The water pitcher can be set on automatic refill my daughter figured that out. My friend had this fridge said gave her nothing but problems but we have had ours for a month. It says it is fingerprint proof that is not true at all. The water leaves water spots so you have to wipe that part more to look neat and clean. The gallons actually go in the door we didn't know that. Not lot's of room for tall items so big items from Sam's won't work in this fridge well. You can make some things work but not a lot of things at one time. We have been using our downstairs fridge for leftovers. The fridge got scratched in the process and had a horrible experience getting it replaced. Just horrible

Pros: Size, capacity, showcase door, and flex drawer Cons: None thus far. My wife loves the capacity and is happy with the fact that it can be loaded with enough food to last our family of five for more than a week. The kids love the showcase door and I love the fact that they can easily access commonly needed items (milk) without cooling down the rest of the house! Ii love the flex drawer for its versatility and ability to get my beer nice and cool. The wife and I absolutely love the water carafe in the fridge and have used it almost everyday, putting lemon wedges and sliced cucumber into it. We are very pleased with the Samsung product line and especially this product.

The only thing it was missing a screw for the freezer handle .. the guy that delivered the frig(very nice guy) called the geek squad and told her we needed a screw, she said she couldn’t just send the screw, she had to send a handle also. Well, we got the handle but no screws so now I hv 2 handles and no screw. So I called geek squad, he gave me the produce # and told me to Go to Amazon and order a screw myself.. still waiting to get the screw from Amazon.. I hope it’s the right screw when I get it!!

Love the new Samsung refrigerator! Lots of space, great having the dual purpose drawer, love the sliding shelves that give you more tall item space.

Great refrigerator. I like how u can actually set temperature for all 3 areas separately. Will buy again if second refrigerator goes out.

Loving how roomy our new fridge is! The drawer provides a great space for drinks and snacks. A little hard to keep fingerprints from appearing. Nice addition to our other Samsung appliances.
