For those complaining about setup... I had to download the app to work the control panel... but it needed a password to activate and I found it by hopping around the Samsung refrigerator site and stumbled upon it: 00001111 ( I think, could be one more of each ) but once you have this the fridge is yours and you will love this. If you are rich you might not be impressed with this but we are and are huge fans.

Only issue so far is the showcase door sticks to the main door. So If I want to open just the show case door it brings the main door with it. I believe the problem is the gasket around the showcase door is too sticky or has too much suction. It might get better with time when the gasket wears a bit. But still nice fridge!
