Really like my new fridge, love the small pitcher on the door, put my lemon an cucumber and I get a refreshing glass of water every time, pitcher automatically gets refilled...

Every time I pull my freezer open the handle falls off. I have tried everything, but the left side immediately drops because it's not bolted on. It's only a matter of time before it won't connect back on. Beware! Other than that issue (which I consider to be huge) it's an all around good fridge. The pitcher is an extra feature which we regularly use and enjoy.

Everything was just as advertised and we have appreciated all the features of this model. We use the water pitcher alot more than we would have thought.

My ice maker is not working properly and trying to get service from best buy geek squad is like waiting for christmas to arrive!! Geek Squad is horrific and Best Buy is the worst at Customer Service and this product is malfunctioning after 3 monts already!!

We chose this refrigerator for the finish and the flex drawer option. It's a beautiful refrigerator and does a great job keeping food/drinks cold and fresh.

Love the 3rd drawer and the access door for high use items. We have been long time Samsung appliance clients. Doesn’t disappoint. We feel the door shelves can be better designed to increase capacity.

I love it. Before my groceries was spoiling very fast, now with this fridge is lasting much longer fresh. I will be saving money with food now. Its beultiful.

My refrigerator hasn't been delivered yet but my daughter one just like it and that's why I bought it. I like hers and I'm expecting to like mine as well.

Great refrigerator, great price, awesome look. I’ve only had it for about a month though and no problems whatsoever. Best Buy delivered and installed as agreed on.

WE REALLY LIKE HAVING THE FOUR DOORS, AND HAVING THE LITTLE SECRET COMPARTMENT OUTSIDE DOOR IS SO GREAT JUST TO GRAB OUR MILK OR JUICE. IT IS ALSO NICE NOT HAVING TO WIPE FINGERPRINTS OFF.

fast and excellent delivery. but was not installed as expected. but overall experience is excellent

so far so good. The only thing I would say is that if you don't need the extra drawer, then it's really not needed. But overall a good fridge so far.

Love the product and all its features. Delivery and set-up staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Door had a dent and is being replaced - return was easy and painless.

The product has been very good and much more effective in use than my previous refrigerator. I believe this was a good purchase for my family. Thanks Best Buy

If you are of shorter height, this is not the fridge for you. Has good ice & water dispenser, on outside. Crushed ice mode is slow and varying sizes. It is a tall fridge, may not fit under standard cabinets, make sure you check height dimensions. It keeps food cool and frozen food hard. The Wi-Fi feature is annoying and can affect your house Wi-Fi, have not figured out how to disable yet.

Love it’s features and the way it looks. Like that is connected to my phone internet. My Grandson left it open while I was out of state. I got in contact with him and had him shut the door.

Love this fridge. Room for everything easy controls ,water and ice ,cubed or crushed, so much room ,so many storage options.

But a floor model Samsung refrigerator black stainless steel from Best Buy in Minnetonka when they finally delivered it to me two weeks later there was so many scratches on it from the delivery people in Best Buy I won’t do anything about it I’ve called several times I called the same day and I’m still waiting and that was two weeks ago so I would not advise anyone to buy any appliances from Best Buy.

It’s good I haven’t had any issues. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s not fingerprint resistant as it says.

Freezer is both deep for meat and has an upper level for more frequently grabbed items. Keeps produce and milk fresh! No leaks! Convenient automatically filled pitcher is wonderful for flavored dinner water.
