This was a geek squad warranty replacement for a KitchenAid that they could not fix. Seems ok. Does not have some features of the high end KitchenAid but at least it is working. Ice delivery Is pretty slow and capacity is small. Low smudge stainless steel is nice

None of the shelves are tall enough for big bottles As usual, the biggest problem is Samsung Customer Service. Dreadful All I want is a replacement filter number Cant find any specs for it and the representative would not tell me which filter to buy.

Love the flex drawer, and beverage door. Unfortunately, the delivery crew dented all the drawers during delivery. After multiple phone calls and emails, being transferred from person to person, and given different numbers to call with very long wait times, Best Buy still has done nothing to get them replaced. Nobody seems to know what to do and sends you to the next person who tells you to do something different! Very frustrating to say the least, especially as this is not a cheap item!
