Ice maker scared me off!

I read bad reviews on here and a discovered a class action lawsuit about the ice maker. Samsung needs to fix this issue quickly because I gave all Samsung products in my kitchen. Fix it and I’ll buy one!

The water on the door did not work. Spoke to Samsung for a month trying to get a replacement refrigerator. They agreed but then changed their mind when they didn’t have any inventory! (Best Buy did!). What they wanted to do was refund me the money I paid which in no way covered what it would cost me now to replace it (delivery charge, haul away charge, as well as the cost of the refrigerator). Because I bought the refrigerator as part of a 4 appliance deal on sale, I could not replace the refrigerator for the same price. I was penalized for buying more appliances from them!!! Samsung’s customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Best Buy came to the rescue!! Kudos Ft Lauderdale store.

Ice Maker is oorly engineered

Apparently repeatably jams up making horrible sounds. Cannot remove bucket per instructions (lifting up front and pulling) to access and clear jams. Never had such problems in 40 years of ice makers.
