It's a pretty awesome fridge, great upgrade to our last. Wish some mechanics of it were smoother like the doors/drawers opening or closing seem a bit sticky. But the features of it are fantastic.

Great refrigerator with lots of storage. The self filling water pitcher is an added bonus. The finger print resistant finish really works and also has great features.

We love this fridge, we got this fridge to replace our old samsung side by side fridge that we had for 10 years and we were very happy with that one.. the built in self filling water pitcher is very handy.. and the flex draw works well for our son.

This refrigerator is the top of the line. The flex zone is a great place to keep drinks or anything you access frequently. The in door water pitcher is very convenient for filling anything you need or holding a particular type of drink. Excellent refrigerator!

I have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks and so far it has worked well. I was disappointed at first about the amount of space in the doors. I am used to having an egg carton space and more space for large items like milk gallons. I am getting used to it and it is adequate. I wish the freezer had a divider in the top shelf.also, the light in the door is quite weak. All in all, it is pretty good.

Great idea with the food showcase my kids can browse without opening the fridge. Love the fingerprint resistant finish.

Really nice look fridge. Has a lot of different options with the shelf designs and front door opening options. Cool feature with the built in water pitcher that auto-refills after each use!

It’s a nice fridge, holds a lot for our family of 5. The kids love having their own drawer! Unfortunately, the water container doesn’t fill up all the way and the ice definitely gets frozen in the ice maker and makes it inoperable. Definitely get the warranty as it’ll help protect your purchase!

Looks fabulous, is big and does a great job. Can set everything to perfect temperatures that we prefer .

This is a big refrigerator and took 3 people to get i to house. Assembly and placement was simple. The external quick access for daily use item (ie coffee creamer) is very handy to have. The auto fill water pitcher in the door is also very nice to have. Refrigerator has lots of adjustable space and the deli drawer is perfect for breads and cheeses! Nice to have ice maker again as well. Old refrigerator had a failed ice machine. Highly recommend to anyone.

Spacious spacious spacious! Did I mention space? There is so much room in this unit that I find myself trying to figure out if I am missing items from my grocery list. I love the chime features if the door is left open. This is ideal for homes with elderly parents or small children. The ice maker is much quieter than my older unit and the digital display inside is easy to detect with large display. You can't go wrong with this... I considered the HUB but now that I have this model, I am fine without it.

Great frig. Would have given 5 stars but a little concerned about LOUD popping noise it made the other day. Googled it and sounds like it might be a problem. Fingers crossed.

We really were Hesitant on purchasing another Samsung fridge, as the ice maker on our first Samsung fridge died in 2 years. The salesman said they have since fixed the issue. Well, here we are almost 3 years later and the ice maker is broken! I called Samsung, they said sorry here’s a list of 3rd party companies we work with. You will need to pay out of pocket to fix it, we can’t do anything for you. After doing some research this is a common issue with them, so common there is a lawsuit against Samsung. I now have 2 non functioning ice makers. Do not buy! We are spreading the word as far as we can.

I'm very impressed with this fridge. The color, the size, and all the compartments. I have had it for 9 months now and no issues.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator! Tons of space. I wasn’t sure I would like the door within a door, but I do. And I would not have another refrigerator without the middle drawer. We use it ALL the time. The most used part of the refrigerator for us. And I love the automatic refill pitcher that is included on the inside of the door. Always fast, fresh, filtered water at our fingertips. And it can be carried to the table to keep from getting up to refill your cup at the door during dinner.

This Stainless Steel refrigerator looks amazing and goes well with other Stainless Steel appliances. The food showcase is an excellent feature to get to frequently used items quickly without opening the entire fridge. The Autofill water pitcher doesn't take a lot of space and actually gives you more space in the shelves compared to the model without the pitcher. Be cognizant to wash the pitcher every so often so that it doesn't get moldy. The Flex Zone is great for keeping wine at an optimal temperature or even deli meat.

Replaced the average refrigerator that came with our new house with this product. It does everything we need and is as good as the one we bought from Best Buy at our old house.
