This was a great Christmas gift to myself. I wanted all new kitchen appliances so I got the refrigerator the gas stove the over the range microwave and the dish washer. And all for a great price who wouldn't get them? Best gift ever.

The ice maker has never worked for longer than a month in the 2 years I’ve owned it. I constantly have to reset it or have a new motor put in from bestbuy at my own expense. It has all together just stopped working. It also leaks water into the fridge nonstop when it is working. Save yourself and do not buy this fridge!

The delivery team of 4 did a great job. Difficult to navigate the old refrig down the stairs with a sharp turn and then the new one back up. The team had a great attitude and did a very good job. The refrigerator itself is working very well for us and we like the door access to just milk etc. and really like the upper drawer that we use to cool drinks. The icemaker in my last Samsung repeatedly broke but I am trusting the new design in my new Samsung and 5 yr service warranty.

I use Best Buy for my appliance purchases because of their excellent delivery and installation service. But this duo raised the bar. Really impressed with their efficient and quality installation of our new gas dryer and refrigerator.

Like it a lot. Great features. Previously had a Samsung but it only lasted 5 years. Hope this one lasts longer.

I do like that the drawer has four temperature settings. Don’t use the door in a door feature that much. With the door in a door feature, you do lose some door shelf space.

Bottom shelf is very difficult to clean good. Have to struggle to remove entire shelf, then remove the glass to clean some spilt liquid. Very cumbersome

All my food is the freshest food in this fridge. Works great, also tells me when the kids leave the door open.

So after 20 years with a Kenmore fridge, we decided it was time to buy a new one and bought this hunk of junk in January 2020. By Feb 2020, we noticed that things were not cold and the freezer intermittently was defrosting items because it was not cold enough (but the temp inside will give you a false temperature), In March we called Samsung and they sent out a repair company. Once reset (turn off the breaker for 5 min and then turn on), our fridge temp was 52 and the freezer was 31. After 5 visits by the repair company, they declared it a lemon. That was 6 days ago and we are still fighting with Samsung to give us our money back, compensate us for the haul away and delivery of a new (not Samsung) fridge and compensate us for about 6 weeks of food lost...during a pandemic nonetheless, with 5 adults in my household. Their customer service is awful and their company will just keep re-routing you to different low level customer service agents without resolution. This is a multi-billion dollar company that is horrible to their customers, especially those with legitimate problems, like a fridge that is dead after 3 months. DO NOT BUY this fridge- take it from an honest customer who learned the hard way. Hope this helps someone.

everything went wedll ECEPT - they brough the wrong refidge. They installed it anyway. It was suposed to b e the black... they delivered the bright stainless.

big and spacious, with a lot of options. I like the double door for the drinks, the Autofill of the pitcher and everything else.

Absolutely love my new Samsung refrigerator. The extra door for beverage is perfect, I can garb my milk, water without having to open the big door. The middle door/shelf is great for keeping food cold and crisp.

The black stainless steel is beautiful, love the metal cool just not a fan on how the shelves are laid out. Could have done a better job for taller, bulkier items.

Beautiful big fridge. Great color and soooo spacious. I'm the envy of all my friends. How do you know your an adult is when your excited that you make your friends envious of your applicanences. Only trouble is the auto pitcher leaks. Hoping i can get a new one but best buy is difficult to reach.

Plenty if space, well designed. Love the pitcher you can programm it to auto fill. Te flex drawer great to keep dairy products.

I love everything about this French door refrigerator, especially the freezer section. It’s not too low like some models so it doesn’t hurt your back. The only negative is the left side of the fridge on the door does not hold much.

Great fridge. Spacious. Adjustable and flexible shelving. Crushed ice maker is a little slow but cubed is fast.

I was excited for this fridge. I liked the water pitcher feature. I liked the black stainless steel look and exterior design. And then, I began moving items from my old fridge to this monstrosity. The first thing I noticed is that I cannot fit 2 gallons of milk into the door compartment meant to hold milk or other jugs of liquid. Sure, I can squeeze a second jug in there but it would have needed to be open first and the sides compromised to fit. Then to make matters worse, there's limited options to actually fit a second gallon of milk, or a two liter bottle of soda on the inside shelves. The shelves do not fit anything... and really cannot be manipulated in a way to utilize the cubic space I spent extra money to have. I can't fit a bottle of ketchup or salad dressings on any of the door shelves and they're too tall for any of the shelves inside the fridge as well. Sure, I can slide one of the shelves half way back but why should I have to pull out bottles of salad dressings and ketchup to reach something smaller behind it... and then that fix limits the space for the upper shelf. Its awful. And I just realized that a piece of the door shelf in the freezer is missing. I'll be contacting Best Buy for their assistance getting this part but if they wont accept a return after a minimal time period, I have little faith that they wont refer me to Samsung. I purchased the fridge while my kitchen was being remodeled so it sat in the corner for 3 weeks before I could begin to load it. So unfortunately, now I cannot return it. I have a brand new refrigerator that has been plugged in for about a day and its not returnable thanks to Best Buy's return policy. For as often as I use a fridge, it's absurd that I'm stuck with a purchase this expensive with no option but to be disappointed every time i open the door. Best Buy's return policy is a joke for appliances.

We’ve had this fridge for all of 3 months and the ice maker is not making cubed ice and the water pitcher inside fridge leaks every time I pour from it. They are sending a repair guy and a new pitcher. I’m hoping this is the only issue we have. Otherwise I’ve been very happy with this fridge. The pitcher is a super awesome idea ( as long as it doesn’t leak) it’s literally never empty.

We recently moved and replaced the fridge that came with our house with this one, as it’s the newest version of our old fridge. We love the “Food Showcase” feature, which gives us quick access to the things we use all the time. The beverage drawer is fantastic and perfect for entertaining. My only complaints are the water pitcher isn’t dishwasher safe and the drawer isn’t lined in stainless anymore—it was in our old fridge. These are minor gripes though. We love this fridge.
