This fridge is working out fine, I like its features, easy to use, does what it says. I’m particularly happy with the service, from our sales person, Marcus, to the delivery guys that installed it, the service was great. I could have bought this fridge anywhere, but the service was best here.

Had one of these before which is why we bought another. Our new home had a side by side which was almost totally worthless as a fridge. So much more usable space in this one.

Good fridge just a little disappointed the flex drawer can't be turned down to a full freezer drawer.

I have this purchased this very fridge 2 years ago at my previous house. We love it. This one has not yet been delivered. The scheduled date is October 31st.

I love this refrigerator, only complain it sticks out too far from the cabinet, should have picked one with less depth, my wife would have been happier, but the frig is excellent.

Wonderful refrigerator with plenty of space to hold everything! The middle drawer is great and we have access to food at a glance. Food is very organized! The shelving is not adjustable but we knew that prior to the purchase. If you have too many taller items some may need to be stored sideways. But I highly recommend. Love the Ice maker & pitcher with the optional infuser for flavored water.

Perfect and a lot of room and space. Doors don’t hit walls and allow for drawers to open nicely.

This is our second of these units. The first one went with the house we recently sold and my wife had to have another one! Very happy with the performance of this unit!

I had a previous french door refrigerator but had to leave it when we sold our house. This model is absolutely wonderful. The finger print resistant surface performs as claimed. My wife loves it!! Best buy delivered when scheduled, extremely courteous with my wife, and she felt totally at ease as I was at work during the delivery. Thank you for your help. Jon and Tami

So far very happy with this fridge the water pitcher always being ready to pour is a plus my whole family drinks a lot of water so that was a bonus to us not having to go threw so much water bottles .. ice maker is a little loud and takes a little time to drop the ice compared to my last fridge but other then that we’re pretty happy with this purchase so far

We are happy with our purchase. Now not sure if the quick door for milk was worth the extra $500.

Lot of upgrades including the automatic refill pitcher in the door. Always have plenty of cold, filtered water.

The refrigerator is very easy to use and lot of space to put everything.

This is a pretty nice fridge except, the ice selector broke. It won't switch between crushed and solid ice. Sadly, our area doesn't have a service center, so Samsung will not repair the fridge. I'm working with them to send the fridge back to exchange it for something else. This is a real hassle. Samsung customer service is a huge hassle.

Love this Fridge, all the different features like the Water container and in door water and Ice are fabulous. Also love the handy opening to reach condiments and small things without opening the full door. The freezer on the bottom is also great as you can put more up top in the Fridge than my old side by side.

More room overall. Only drawback is the shelves are stationary, which makes you limited with taller items.

The refrigerator is beautiful. We got the black stainless to match our other appliances and it looks really great in our kitchen. My favorite thing is the food showcase and the flex drawer. You don't have to open the main door for every little thing and it keeps the food inside much cooler. It was a little pricey but it was well worth the extra cost.

Really like this refrigerator, has a lot of space and the flex zone is very convenient. The only downside that I see is the ice maker is encased and you have to get your ice through the door and if you want a large amount for an ice chest or the like it is not possible.

As above, adding the outside finish is easy to keep clean. Features are easy to use after reading the enclosed product info. Have owned the refrig since Nov. 29.

I love how this SAMSUNG refrigerator keeps our food cold and our ice cubes frozen. It’s not like our old broken down fridge that let our food get all hot and melty when the condenser went out.
