Full functionality from the auto-fill water pitcher-that’s included, to the ice-maker & water dispenser on the door. This refrigerator was an enormous upgrade and now we have all the space to store our food and drinks in a quality unit that keeps everything so cold and fresh! I’d highly recommend this refrigerator!!

Ice maker works good so far. Really like the color, but. The finish scratches very easily. And the water in the door dispenser is not cold. But the inside the door water pitcher is very cold.

Was not so sure when making our purchase decision if we would really use the built in water pitcher but we have found we really enjoy that feature. Plenty of room once we have figured out where our items fit best for our house hold.

Time Will Tell

Have had it about 8 months and already having to have the ice machine replaced. May have just got a bad one but our last Samsung had to have the ice maker replaced 5 times before they consider it a lemon and took it back.

Looks great but the quality is not there

Within 2 months I was experiencing problems with the water dispenser and ice maker. Reached out to Samsung support and they had me reset my ice maker which worked for the Ice problem but the water dispenser is still not working. I love the look and style of Samsung appliances but I do not feel that the quality is there considering I have experienced issues with every single Samsung appliance I have purchased within the last 8 years. From my “Hi Tech” washer not spinning after 4 years of use to my previous “Hi tech” touch screen fridge with LCD panel that never got any updates and the screen would freeze constantly.

It's doing its job well in all aspects. It ahs plenty of room for items & I really love the in door water jug. Its very quiet, I barely hear it running at all and even making ice is fairly quiet. Hopefully this ice maker has longevity unlike its predecessor models ice maker which was a nightmare.

Very easy to access items inside, lots of space and the water dispenser/ice maker is awesome! Minor issue with one of the handles after delivery (which was very professional and efficient) that the Geek Squad Protection covered and it was fixed in a timely and professional manner!

The only thing I don’t like is that you can not get water or ice it any of the doors are open. You have to make sure that both doors are securely closed in order to dispense water or ice.

Fair size, and good quality, but seems a bit cramped inside, due to internal ice. Not as large as I thought. Very good fridge, and features. Touch feature on outside has to be tapped to switch from ice to water each time you use. Touch features are located on inside, and are a bit confusing at 1st.
