So much room in this fridge! Water and ice work great. Flex door is great for son’s food and defrosting. I’m able to meal prep everything and have tons of room as opposed to the old side by side where one day would fill it. It also tells me in the app if my son has opened a door and left it open so food doesn’t spoil.

Just got this Fridge about a month ago. So far so good. They’re is a ton of room for our groceries and frozen items. Delivery was prompt and the guys were courteous and extremely helpful in moving my old Fridge. I get all my major appliances at Best Buy and have never been disappointed.

So far so good. We like the internal water pitcher, and we’re using it more then we thought. The ‘4th’ drawer with the adjustable slides is working out great. So far there are no regrets at all. Best Buy was great in matching the Costco price. Delivery was very easy and seem less.

The ice maker on this fridge is just horrible. The quality of the ice is terrible and after every use water will just drip down the ice maker area.

This refrigerator provides quick access to deli drawer, most frequently used beverages and holds what we need for our life style.

I'm so happy with my new Samsung refrigerator. I love the ice/water in the door. I love the water pitcher in the refrigerator that refills itself. I love the chill drawer and the cool little door that pops open with a push of the button without opening the whole refrigerator. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a great refrigerator for the money. Had some problem with the ice maker and required service and part replacement after 10 months. The upper tray in freezer is poorly designed and a newly replaced tray did not solve the problem. However the rest of the refrigerator works great.

The selling point for me was the automatic fill infuser pitcher. I drink a lot of water and it’s nice to have this infusion pitcher

Excellent refrigerator, however it is not finger proof resistant as it's supposed to be.

We went shopping only bc our other one lost the compressor. So we went looking after doing some reseach on the Samsung. Found the Samsung was what we wanted. Decided on the Black Stainless steel. Made sure all demensions were correct. Found an issue upon coming thru the door way. the Door way was over 36 " wide. The demensions did not take into consideration the indoor water part stuck out 1 " more. They ended up removing the left side French Door to get it all inside. Once in and put back together all went perfect. By the next morning everything was Cold, ice made, etc. We have had it about 1 month with no problems at all. Delivery was 2 days after we bought it. The #rd party delivery people were the Best ever bc they went ablve and beyond to get the Refrig inside our home. You can not go wrong with Samsung and BestBuy!

Could not have picked a better fridge! From the showcase door to the rapid fill water pitcher, it’s perfect.

Cubic feet measurements don't always depict how the space is utilized in a fridge. This model has a terrific interior design.

Obviously it is brand new and works beautifully which is awesome. However it is very, very spacious. The only draw back is I cannot figure out how to make the pitcher fill with water, but its not a big enough issue to take away any stars. I would defiantly buy this fridge again.

Love the auto water pitcher . Wish it had a little more room for tall containers ( soda bottles) . Love the middle drawer .

For one of the most expensive fridges I have had the same issue alot of other users have had on the Icemaker. I wish I would of reviewed the Fridge more beforehand as the icemaker if kept on all the time will eventually over drip water due to design and cause the icemaker to freeze up. Thats mean the icemaker is uanble to dispense any ice and you cannot remove the icemaker to clear it up. The only options you have are to completely defrost the entire fridge for several days until it melts or use a big steamer (not a little handheld version) to melt the ice enough to be able to remove the ice drawer. Samsung is well aware of the issue though they will play dumb and try to have you update the firmware or reset the app which does nothing.

This is ok. We tend to have a lot of gallon containers and you can only fit two in it at one time. We may be able to adjust the shelves, but then that would make the other items difficult to fit. It’s ok overall, but isn’t has totally spacious and I had thought it would be.

Love the middle drawer and it’s versatility on changing from fridge to freezer and the adjustable sections

I especially love the water pitcher built into the door! Works great to fill my coffee maker with filtered water.
