This fridge has sudden loud noises that wake me up at night due to ice from what it sounds like. Also, the water and ice come out very slow. The whole door opens when you try to open the quick access door so you have to separate it with your hands. I feel like I wasted so much money for looks. Great idea for the fridge, but the execution on the product doesn’t seem the be there. If you can live with that then great.

Difficult to get the options to switch back and forth The filters are very expensive The size is wonderful. The feature for the middle drawer is awesome. We use it for sodas and medical supplies. Cannot ask for a better size for sure.

We love everything about this fridge. The pitcher of water is perfect and so convenient. There's plenty of room and the condiment door keeps my kids from searching with the doors open for long periods of time! Highly recommend this fridge!

Words can't explain how beautiful this Black Stainless Steel is! The quality & name brand is the best bang for the buck.

Beautiful. Lots of storage options in the unit. Best Buy associates were so courteous & easy to work with.

When the installers unboxed it there was a small dent in the small drawer. Best Buy took care of this. Love the Food Showcase door. Great for getting out milk, creamer, condiments without opening the whole door.

Over all I love this refrigerator. I think the ice comes out very slow but this may be normal. This is my first refrigerator with ice on the door. Other than that I have no complaints. It was on back order until September 7th from date of purchase of June 26th.

Have never loved a fridge as much as this one! Looking forward to buying the matching dishwasher and stove!

Purchased this fridge with the money Samsung refunded on the one we bought last August that had problems with the ice maker not working properly. Had it about 3 weeks and have not had any problems. Samsung is supposed to have done something to overcome the ice maker issues and so far the ice maker is fine. Only time will tell.

We had an old side by size fridge and wanted something newer. The middle drawer for sodas is really nice to have.

We bought this fridge 3 weeks ago and already have a warranty tech coming out for repairs. The water dispenser looses pressure the just sputters water out while making a loud noise. The ice maker jams and stops dispensing ice until you pull the tray out and brake up the ice. The fridge is nice looking and the water jug in the door is actually a nice feature. The warranty request was quick and easy through Samsung so no complaints there. However the installers from Best Buy ran the fridge into my wall putting a big gash in my stucko and then put one of the fridge stickers on my tile floor that I had to steam off and use a razor blade to remove.

This fridge is amazing. There is a ton space of in the main cabin that can suit anything from small containers to wine bottles. The easy access door and chef drawer both allow for quick access to many items without needing to open the main doors.

So happy, I just love it! Plenty of room and the freezer space is large. I would be here all day talking about the things I like, but the short of it is, there's nothing I don't like. It was a bit large for our door but the delivery guys really helped my mom get it inside and installed.

Installers lost a Sensor & the right door was not put on properly, they were uneven. It Kept making a popping noise. Would like ice maker to not take up so much room on refrigerator door.

Went through Two of these fridges in a month. By far the worst fridge you can get. The fridge is awesome but not for the price. Yes it is expensive and it has a lot of technology in it that most people don’t even need in it. The worse part of my experience is when Best Buy comes to deliver the fridge they don’t know how to set it up correctly. The first fridge the freezer was an issue because after two weeks we noticed that the freezer was becoming hot and not frozen like below zero. So we had Best Buy send us a all new one and when the delivery guy was setting it up he pressed on the water pitcher on the outside to pour water out to make sure it worked but what he didn’t do was setup the pitcher inside the fridge correctly and remove all the packaging that initially comes with the fridge. Because he didn’t do this properly and the water line which is now connected started spilling water all over the fridge because once the water line is connected and the fridge is closed it will start refilling the pitcher. So because the water spilled and the water got backed up the hose inside the fridge decides to burst and come through 2 of the 4 ac vents in the freezer filling the freezer with water which turned into a sheet of ice. Once we disconnected everything for them to pick it up the fridge decides to spill its excess water trapped in the fridge all over the floor when it felt like it and when my Wife and I had to put towels all over the kitchen floor multiple times. So Best Buy finally took the fridge back and when they got it outside the fridge spilled water everywhere what a nightmare. Thank his we never got rid of our old fridge and put it in the garage. What I recommend anyone buying a fridge is take your time looking for the right fridge. Don’t buy display models because of the price. Read all the reviews on each model and see if they have been issues with it in the past to determine which one you buy. My wife and I are gonna wait for the Labor Day says and may go to PC Richard instead. Good luck.

I love this refrigerator because of the reach through door and also the middle cold drawer which is great for sodas and beer as other cold snack items!

Best Buy sold me a used refrigerator as new-open box in April 2020. It had been previously serviced by Samsung for a different owner in 2019. The fridge was returned to Best Buy by that owner. Best Buy then sold the fridge to me as new. Now a few months later it is broken again. The freezer does not cool as the condenser/fan are defective. This is my third review submitted. The first two were deleted and never posted by Best Buy.

Awesome fridge changed everything to the black stainless and love it. Needs a little more freezer space.

Quiet, has numerous features that work well. Especially like the pitcher.

No complaints so far. Love the removable pitcher for water
