The only quibble I have is the shelves could be more adjustable. Milk cartons, OJ cartons; those that are half gallon size. I need to cut off approximately a 1/4” off the top of these cartons to store them.

There isn’t a lot of room for big Stuff . Not crazy about the door in door it’s kinda wasted space . The one thing we did like it the extra “snack “ drawer

I like the app that you can control settings. For those who have small kids the open door alert is a nice feature. You can take almost all the shelves out easily and clean them except the bottom shelf above the water filter. This is unnecessarily difficult to remove and clean. The doors don’t open far enough to pull it out straight and the snapping lock is difficult to unlock. You need two small flat head screw drivers to press the locks in to pull it out. You then risk breaking the plastic locking mechanism every time. Don’t ever spill anything in the fridge so you don’t ever need to remove this shelf.

So much space, easy slide in and out drawers. Showcase of that one item, milk, butter, etc.. This water dispenser is one of the larger ones out on the market as well. So it fits mostly all our tall shaker bottles and such.

Big freezer, door space and the extra drawer are great! The water pitcher that automatically refills is brilliant but we can figure out why it leaks. My husband especially loves the half open door feature.

We did put silicone sealent around the icemaker assembly which is supposed to prevent icemaker freezeup issues. I don't understand why samsung doesn't do this at the factory. Delivery crew was great

The mini door on the front right side is so convenient to reach in and get a gallon of milk without opening the entire door saving electricity. Opening both doors gives so much space for large serving dishes.

Love the pitcher, french doors, and especially the middle drawer for drinks (or whatever you want). After less than 1 year the icemaker froze over. I do not have time to move items to another fridge and thaw the Samsung fridge out. Also, I do not want to mess with fixing it again and again. $2800 spent, less than 1 year of ownership, and I cannot wait to get rid of this fridge. I would get my money back if I could. Never had this issue with another icemaker.

I can keep it cooler then the rest of the fridge. The doors close good and solid. I like the autofill pitcher for water. The shelves can be configured in many ways depending on your needs. Ice maker works well and has yet to clog up.
