Love the bonus front door, easy to get to everyday things, and the water pitcher fills up on its own so you don't have to open the whole refrigerator. Very roomy. Nice upgraded style.

If there's a spill. You literally have to remove the entire bottom row.( had to find on YouTube)The glass shelf does not lift up like traditional refrigerators.

Bottom drawer freezer holds so much more than my old side by side frig. The only negative is the outside is not fingerprint proof.

Really like the additional drawer for drinks, cheeses, etc. Only complaint is it does get fingerprints very easily even though it says it is fingerprint resistant.

This one was smaller than the one we wanted but ended up being perfect. This one hold so much more than our older bigger fridge did.

Learning where to put things is always a challenge when you have had product for 1 week. One thing we noticed is the users manual does not contain some of the info you would want. Last thing is, if you have to change the water filter, you must pull out the refrigerator and turn the water off in the back before you can take the water filter out and change it. Then you have to turn the water back on and push the item back into place.
