Freezer and Flexzone Never Worked

Still, four hours after delivery the freezer and flexzone drawer never functioned and the temp never cooled. The refrigerator portion worked fine. After further review decided to have it picked up. That took another 7 days of this giant steel brick in our home. We are now hearing of others having this same or similar issues. Samsung is known for its quality electronics. This would’ve been our first refrigerator from them. We are re-evaluating that brand of refrigerator.

Lots of space and the middle drawer can be used as a refrigerator or changed to a freezer. The French Door is an added plus.

Surprisingly roomy freezer, much more than you would think. The girl that attended to us in the store clearly had good product knowledge, very courteous and professional.

Before my Best Buy purchase, I went to Costo and Appliance Warehouse. I spent hours putting together the four items I wanted. I was trying to purchase the same brand for all of my new appliances. The process was frustrating and time-consuming. When I went into Best Buy they were having a sale for an appliance package. I need a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Best Buy was having a special on all four items of the same brand. I bought all four items. The delivery date is September 3, 2021. I will let you know once I have everything installed.
