My wife especially likes the water pitcher that auto fills. We replaced a 24 year old Maytag. It will be interesting to see if this has the longevity of that refrigerator in this day of disposable electronics. It is certainly more energy efficient, so hopefully we will notice that (however small) in our electric bill. Well laid out and everything seems to make sense.

Our delivery installation team was very thorough & professional. We advised them that we moved our old refrigerator to garage prior to Best Buy team arriving. They said we would get credit for removing old refrigerator charge of $29.00. As of this day we have not received the credit on our credit card. Best Buy makes an major appliance purchase very easy. Keep up the good work.

Once a service tech came out, its been operating like a dream. Fav feature is the built-in water pitcher, no more Brita!! The quick access door is neat also, especially when cooking or baking - just make sure its set up properly with stuff you need. Got it on sale for a consierable amount off reg price. Love the black stainless steel finish.

The easy access door isn’t really worth extra money. Getting milk is nice but you can’t adjust the shelves so the stuff we use the most we ended up having to open the fridge anyway.

Also just notice a hmm and vibration on the doors and more so when u touch it.

Can be a little wonky with the shelves that can flip. Not a fan of the bar under the bottom right shelf. Very Quiet for motor noise. I like the water pitcher option also and the adjustable metal spacer in the middle drawer.

Terrible product! Do not buy!

Ours was serviced 4 times in one year. The ice maker was replaced 3 times and the main motherboard was replaced twice; it still did not work properly. The compressor failed after 15 months.
