Got the refrigerator on time. After two days freezer would not get cold enough. Called Samsung they sent out a service man. Needs a mother board. Called BB they sent me a new replacement. It’s only been a few weeks but working perfectly. We use a lot of ice and so far no problems. We love the automatic pitcher fill. So far very pleased.

Really nice features, water and ice through the door is great. fingerprint resistance is a little over rated. The separate FlexZone Drawer is a game changer, not having to open the fridge door to get to deli items keeps the rest of the refrigerator colder. I was able to get it on sale so it was a great buy.

We replaced our old LG fridge with this one and we had nothing but problems with that smart fridge. We are trying out Samsung this time so we will see how it goes. So far everything is good on the fridge and we love it. Remember when buying these fridges get the warranty.

We have owned this refrigerator since 12/2019. It worked very well for almost a year when our ice maker froze up. It could have happened sooner because we didn’t really use much ice so we are unsure how long it was frozen. We have had Geek squad out at least 3 times for repairs since 12/2020 with another big repair happening this Friday 5/2021. We are being told that ice makers are convenience items except we purchased this refrigerator with an ice maker as part of the entire thing not just for convenience. Instead of giving us a full refund to reselect, they will continue to spend money to repair this every few months until our warranty runs out. I have purchased a Bluetooth thermometer to check temps because I have seen so many complaints that these also run warmer than set temp and we can’t have people getting sick or wasting food.

Never worked correctly. Our Ice maker and freezer went out within 3 months. And customer service was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and never buy a Samsung product.

Loving my refrigerator! I had read some reviews online but I am glad that I went with my gut and bought it. I also like being able to go into the app to check my filters and set the coolness of the refrigerator.

The fridge and fridger has adequate space for you fresh produce and frozen items. The middle beverge storage ia flexi compartment which could be used for multiple purposes. There is also a pitcher which is awesome. One thing which is very unique to this fridge is the ability to only open the storage on door...very handy when you want to open the fridge just to get some milk :-)

No complaints, the fingerprint resistance is a must have

This refrigerator has it all, including a cold water pitcher inside the water dispenser door, which I absolutely love. The ice maker does a great job and it is not as loud as the one on my previous frig. Also love the middle refrigeration drawer and french door style for the main section. The freezer also has a drawer, making better use of the bottom freezer compartment.
