One downfall was the salesperson told me the Flex Drawer could be a refrigerator or a freezer. It will not keep items completely frozen in the drawer. You only have four preset temperatures that you can use and the lowest one is 30 degrees.

The water pitcher is perfect for filling up my water bottles quickly. I wish there was more room in the refrigerator's top compartment. The middle drawer is awesome for keeping drinks really cold and the freezer is perfect. Overall I am very happy with my choice.

It provides all the space and options that we were looking for. The technology that comes with it is also very useful. The Best Buy delivery team was extremely professional and helpful.

Always had a side by side was skeptical about arranging things in the French door but it’s great! Water diffuser pitcher in door we love and add fruit and tea to it works wonderful! Middle deli draw just love! Can’t say anything negative about it..

We use a lot of ice and so far it's keeping up. Only hit, the app displays the temperature settings and not the actual temperature. Put in an enhancement request to support.

MY 65 TH BIRTHDAY

Best Buy delivered and setup.......(we did have to pay for because we live an hour away. But well so worth it) They had it uncrated,and in the house set up and ready to go less than an hour.. took all their trash with them,

The second pitcher did the same. Other than that problem, it had all the features that I wanted. There wasn’t as much room on the inside for the size of the appliance.
