Nice refrigerator! Lots of space! Like all of the doors.

Great fridge with plenty of room. Love the front door

This is an improvement over the last model. I really like the in-door pitcher for water (saves room for other things to go on shelves). We are still just 2 months having the new refrigerator and all is really good.

I like the extra drawer for dairy products but has no space at all, shelfs can't move and they aren't high enough to fit a gallon of milk or a 1/2 gallon carton of juice.

There is almost nothing information overload when trying to learn all the advanced features that are included. So far we are pleased with the only negative being we can’t fit everything in the door compartments that we could in our old one.

I love this refrigerator, replace a whirlpool that was loud and noisy from day one.only noise this makes is when ice drops. The delivery guys were fantastic and were able to deal with going to our back door with ease because the front door would have been tight and I have French doors in the back

Biught tbis refrigerator and maybe a couple months after we got it, the icemaker had to be replaced. Theres not enough space for some things like sauce bottles and pitchers.

Great frig. There is one big glitch. So my area for the frig has cabinet wall on each side and a wall that comes out from that on the left. So since the door can not swing completely wide open on the left side, I can not access the ice door to remove ice. Only through the door can I get ice. There are no rollers (wheels) on back of frig like the front, so I can’t even slide it out a little. One door also closes on me even though the frig is level. Other door stays open. Geek squad sending someone to fix that next week...I hope.

Really silent. Lots of space and extremely versatile

So far it's been a great refrigerator, everything works well and looks amazing. It's been about 2 months with no issues that I've seen other Samsung products have had so hoping it stays well for a long time.

Great fridge overall so far, the crisp led light color and internal water pitcher are great. the installation guys didn’t tighten one of the fridge handles just enough. to make the fridge feel cheap quality when opening it. But once the cause was figured out, took 2 seconds to recitify.

I had good experience with Best Buy Cary appliance team, the right show case door had some issues and they promised to replace the door, waiting for thier further response.

The first fridge that was delivered was defective. I went to Best Buy to complain and they exchanged it for me. Other than that I’m happy with the new fridge. Hopefully I don’t have any issues.

I had all stainless app before , i changed all to the new tuscan, and i love the color and the ease of cleaning, Finally no fingerprints , marks etc. a quick swipe and beautiful. I love the different features of this refrigerator, the quick access door, the infused water pitcher the second drawer,

Great look. Like the double door. Samsung always great. Just FYI - Our design faux pas....its near a door against a wall & the water filter juts out & hits the molding when you open the door so it doesn't open all the way. .

Calling this thing garbage would be too kind to actual garbage. After 11 months, the fridge stopped cooling. The freezer is cold enough, but the fridge won't cool below 50 degrees. I called Samsung and they sent a local company out twice to repair it with no luck. Now it's past 1 year and Samsung is saying it's no longer in warranty even though I originally called at the 11 month mark. Not to mention I've been without a fridge for a month now. I own several other Samsung consumer devices, but I'll never buy another Samsung kitchen appliance. Oh - and the auto-fill pitcher is a cool idea, but it leaks around the edge of it. Fridge works great so far. Getting it hooked up to the wifi was a bit confusing but being able to adjust the middle shelf temperature is a nice feature. The adjustable fridge shelves work with all sorts of products and the Food Showcase Door is great for things like condiments and other quick access foods.
