Absolutely love the ability to grab milk or juice by pushing a button and not having to open the door. Really enjoy the infused water pitcher in the door which refills by itself, this fridge has everything

The only issue that I have has in the past 60 days with this is that blood from ground beef got in between the glass shelf and the plastic. Not easy to remove but was able to get clean.

The Best Refrigerator on the market. I love the fact that a water container is installed and get replenished without you having to do anything. It constantly get refilled once you pour out a glass.

In side refrigerator water dispenser not working. Refrigerator is good. Very good capacity. Overall good product.

This refrigerator is great. I love this internal automatic cold water pitcher feature. Use it everyday. The new stainless steel front is a lot better at stain resistance that any other we have has to date.

The exterior is very beautiful. I like the middle drawer. The water pitcher is awesome. Unfortunately, there is no improvement from my prior Samsung refrigerator as far as moister. It is really bothersome and disappointing. I do not have as much space on the side of the doors as before but it is OK. I will be honest, if I had known about the collection of moister after putting food in containers, I would have not bought this refrigerator. Very sad!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the overall look and quality. Samsung has done it again. Every appliance and electronic in my home is a Samsung product and that won’t be changing anytime soon

Love this fridge. We love having the "snack drawer." Impressed with the amount of ice it makes, love having ice and water in the door. Surprisingly use the water pitcher in the door often, love being able to infuse it with lemons

The only issue on our new Samsung refrigerator is that I wish there was a little more vertical storage space for those taller containers like soy sauce. That is all I have to say. So far so good.

We like the options, but would like a bigger ice maker capacity. We also like the functions and layout of the doors.

This is a great product. At first I was a bit hesitant due to some reviews and problems but it has never failed, works as expected and it klooks super cool in my kitchen. I love the pitcher and the fact that I can connect it to smartthings.

We needed to return two of these refrigerators after replacing a 10 year old Samsung fridge. The first refrigerator that was delivered had multiple problems (interior lights did not work, water dispenser didn’t work and temp could not be set below 62 degrees). I called the technical support number and they decided to replace the unit. After waiting a few weeks, the new unit was delivered. A few days after the 2nd unit was received, the interior water pitcher overflowed and caused a large spill in our kitchen. Initially we thought that we didn’t put the pitcher in the door properly; however, after a few more overflows in the following days, we realized there was a problem with this fridge as well. We went to the store and asked if we could exchange the fridge for a different brand.

The flex drawer makes it easy for kids to reach their snacks and simple to convert drawer space for party apps. Great fridge and freezer space! No longer need to buy extra ice for parties. Very clean appearance even with kids messy fingers.

The need to get rid of the giant crisper on the bottom and make more shelf space but other wise so far a great fridge.

Ice maker started making terrible noises and would only produce crushed ice. Now it doesn’t work at all.

Samsung is knowingly selling a product with a design flaw so severe that it will never work right. The ice makers have a critical flaw that keeps them broken. You can find much more info by googling this problem but suffice to say that we are sincerely regretting this major purchase which started having issues within a couple of months. Our fridge is a year old and their own technician told us to prepare ourselves for the ice maker to never function correctly. So now we have to make another major refrigerator purchase and I’m fuming. Samsung knows this is a problem and they refuse to recall them. There’s a lawsuit you can find online. I can’t believe Best Buy sells these products.

I bought this in October of 2021. The electronics board died causing it to not have any power at all and no cooling. Best Buy says it’s out of warranty, and most shocking of all, Samsung says that it’s also out of warranty with them. They said “manufacturer’s warranty ran out after 1 year”. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy.

Costly piece of crap. Forget about ice cubes. Don’t buy any Samsung products

This has a lot more space than I thought it would. The flex zone is a really awesome feature I put all of the items that I am getting to frequently in this drawer and it works out wonderful

This refrigerator has been a delight! The only exception is the loudness of the ice dropping--but I suspect that's a universal problem. The "cheese drawer" as we have dubbed it is wonderful
