Best fridge I’ve ever had! I was worried about the bad reviews about the the freezer icing up. So far I haven’t experienced that or anything negative! Lots of room and it looks great!

Awesome, well designed. You can look at refrigerators at the store all day. Until its in your house and your stuff is in it that’s when you really know when you made a good decision.

I love my fridge. I forget about the door feature so I think if I would buy again I would not need that. However, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love the refrig. The water pitcher didn’t work (or we didn’t know how to start it up). We moved and couldn’t get service to new address plus kept calling very old number

We love this refrigerator! We didn't even know about the little pitcher in the door with filtered water. Love the ability to make the drawer either fridge or freezer. Very happy with it.

Love the showcase door where i can grab out my milk or creamer or condiments without having to open the whole door. It is also convenient to have the drawer for deli meats and such to grab quick.

The ice maker on this $3600 refrigerator really sucks can only get ice 2 times a day

You need to buy a Refrigerator? Well! Your best bet is going to Best Buy. I had the best experience from the beginning to when the Refrigerator was received in less than five days.

This is replacement refrigerator that I had for 18 years, this refrigerator is the best refrigerator that I have owned in my life. The price was really reasonable for all the features that came with this refrigerator.

We have had 2 of these refrigerators delivered and they won't freeze. The first one was delivered on 6-14-19, the second was delivered on 6-19-19, and we are waiting on the third one to be delivered on 6-26-19. We are hopping third times the charm.

The fridge is pretty nice, we're coming from a side-by-side, so not too difficult to be better. The freezer was a little tight, but the flex drawer made it work. Unfortunately, the flex drawer separator is only semi-functional, with the two steel bars rather than traditional separators. The only real material problem was the water pitcher leaks, meaning it has to be used over the sink when filling something. Overall happy with the purchase.

Does the job but not the best fridge! Fridge leaks a little, pitcher sometime doesn’t fill.

This is a beautiful , it work great. Just love it The ice that come ot is great to. Keep your food cold the best way. Samsumg is number one with me. You could not ask for a better frigerator.

So far (6 weeks from installation) refer works as advertised. Lot of nice convenient details. Regretfully installation team was not up to mark.

I wouldn’t know how the fridge works bc the delivery guys wouldn’t take the doors off to bring it in my house. They were told in advance that it was going to be on the second floor. They kept telling me it wasn’t going to fit even with the doors off. After reading all the dimensions of this refrigerator and measuring the steps again, this fridge would fit with extra room with the doors off. Got my money back and went somewhere else. Sorry.

This Samsung fridge makes me smile each time I open the doors! I love it! My favorite feature is the self filling water pitcher! I’d buy this again, but I know the quality of Samsung means I’ll have this fridge for decades!
