It's easy to use and have enough room for items to be stored

This a very nice fridge. Very functional, spacious and looks really nice in our kitchen (black stainless). I like the way the doors open, runs quiet and works great so far. We've had it only for a few weeks but everything is perfect so far. It would have been nice if the racks were reaching out to the walls (i think the LG has that design) but it's not a problem. Overall it's a great fridge just like any otherpp0 Sumsung appliance and I recommend it.

This far it has been a great refrigerator and has exceeded expectations. Love the middle drawer for extra cooling area and decreased temp setting. The water pitcher comes in handy when working outside. The black stainless is fairly easy to clean and maintain. The fridge is true to size... we struggled getting it in as the delivery guys missed the instructions on door removal for entry.... it is easy to do. Best of luck.

This is one of the best appliances I purchased. I like the black exterior which doesn't leave fingerprints and there's a special pitcher in the left door that constantly refills automatically. One thing I don't like is I have a hard time turning off the ice maker and was told by the manufacturer that the refrigerator has to be unplugged and then the button pressed but it's hard for me to move the refrigerator out in order to do this this.

Really enjoying the new Refrigerator. Only issue is the ice maker doesn't make the best ice all the time. Some crushed ice comes out even when have selected cubed ice. Overall really enjoy the fridge. definitely have plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. Love the easy access door for milk and small things used daily.

This fridge at first seemed to be overkill for our household but now i can see it was well worth it. The simple fact that you keep your most reach for items in the front door has help keep items fresh for longer. Also it doesn't have to work as hard to maintain its set temperature because there is less exposure when opening the front door only. i have see a drop in my electrical bill, not much but a drop in consumption for sure.

really like most of the features and the fridge but I do not like that you cannot adjust shelf height. Need more room for cartons and such. Also, I think the ice maker is overrated. Was told it could make about 10 lbs a day. Not anywhere close

Great value for th price for sure. But yes it's also true that the door storage space is not spacious enough to hold a gallon milk but would take less. Fortunately though, my preferred brand of orange juice fits. Other than that, there's plenty of room for storage and it cools satisfactorily.answered

I got this as a replacement for a similar model that I got about 18 months ago. There is now a pitcher in the left door which I find a bit useless. It stays full with filtered water. I get cold filtered water through the door. I can’t imagine needing the pitcher. It could be good for larger families wanting to pour water quickly for meals. The other issue is the door in door. I used to be able to stack 2 half gallons of milk one behind the other. It’s not possible in this new model. I’ve lost about half the space I used to be able to access. The last thing is a real bummer. The old model had the refrigerator controls on the outside of the left door. Now you have to open the right door to get to the controls. That wasn’t very well thought out. If my ice maker hadn’t failed 3x, on the prior model, I would have been happier with the old model.

Love the no fingerprint fridge the milk door and all the room this refrigerator has.

This refrigerator has worked out well. The size and layout works better for us then the side be side we had. It has great features for what we wanted to be able to do. The automatic refilling water pitcher is nice, we use it for the coffee maker, the dogs water bowl and other times when we just don’t want to wait on the outside water dispenser. The refrigerated drawer is very versatile. We drink a lot of different drinks and this is a great place to keep them ice cold. The ice maker and exterior water dispenser works well. Freezer space is plentiful too. We did load the app to our phone and it has worked well also. It took a bit of getting used to and rearranging a couple of times to get used to the different arrangement but overall we are very happy.

Great cooling and freezing. I wish the shelves were adjustable—particularly the door shelves. Many things I am accustomed to storing Ain the door won’t fit. The shelf intended for two gallon size milk jugs will not hold two easily. They must be forced into the shelves if storing two. The notches on both sides of the shelf take up storage room. If shelves inside the refrigerator were adjustable, the space would be more usable. The ice maker “spits” crushed ice even when it is set to dispense cubes. I love the taller dispenser for water and ice! We can fill our really tall cups and bottles under it. I love the little third door that allows access to most frequently used items.

The refrigerator is spacious, beautiful and I love the mechanism that controls the ice maker and water supply. It is so easy to see everything so quickly including through the French door. Best Buy came and replaced the freezer door as it had a dent in it. The men who did the delivery and the repair were competent, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. We really do loce this refrigerator.

It's a good fridge if you have a small family as actual fridge is pretty small, ice maker stopped working a year or so in dealing with costumer service now I'll update

The fingerprint resistant is outstanding feature with two young boys in our house. The flex draw is perfect for drinks and gives more space in overall fridge. There is a lot of space. Ice maker is a little slow but no problems with it at all. Highly recommend

This fridge has worked out great but the first product we received was a lemon, the freezer would not work. The fridge cooled down very fast but the freezer would not. We had to get a replacement, which was scheduled promptly. Since receiving our new fridge, everything has been working perfectly and we couldn't ask for a better fridge! Has tons of room, the inside is nicely planned out to make the most of the entire fridge. I would give this a 5 star rating if we received this fridge the first time, but it gets a 4 because of the first fridge. I would still recommend this fridge to anyone, lemons happen, it's just the nature of the beast.

I've had this fridge since September. Overall we love it. The only cons we've notice is the ice maker is loud, it can be heard throughout the house. And the flex drawer will not close if you pull it all the way out. You have to play with it to get it to close. Only happened once, so now we know.

So far so good but since it is new I can't say that it will be great in a year. This refrigerator replaced a 4 year old other brand refrigerator which after the first year had 5 service calls and was ready for the 2nd compressor replacement, since it takes weeks for service decided enough was enough and bought the Samsung. There are a lot of nice features that I like especially the fingerprint resistance, the water pitcher inside, door in door and separate drawer that can be used for many different items. It is very quiet when running and holds the temperature perfect in all the compartments. Icemaker works perfect and the ice and water in the door is great. The only negative so far is when the icemaker drops the cubes it is rather loud which takes getting use to but not something that would be a deal breaker.

I liked this refrigerator so much I purchased it again for my new home. I love the interior room, middle drawer and bottom freezer. The only annoying thing is you have to tap the outside water/crushed/cube ice twice to switch between settings (may be by design). In the past, my ice dispenser defrosted and refroze so badly, I could not make ice or remove the dispenser. Had to call for service, and they installed a new ice maker. That was ~ Sept. 2021. I hope Samsung addressed this defect. Get the warranty just in case.
